Sierra's P.O.V.
After locking Ron in that shed, Bellatrix led me behind the warehouse and stopped again. She turned and looked me in the eyes. "There is something you need to know," she said, not in that creepy crazy voice but it seem almost.... motherly.
The changed her voice surprised me and I looked away. Bellatrix lifted my chin so I would meet her eyes. She took a shaky breath.
"I didn't want to leave you at that camp alone. I wanted to keep you with me but, I just couldn't. I hoped you would never find out about about your wizard part. I just wanted to keep you out of trouble," she said.
I laughed lightly. "Oh, I'll always get into trouble. I am your daughter, after all," I said. She laughed. What the heck am I doing? I thought. She kidnapped you for Kronos, and you're making her laugh?!?! She put a hand on my shoulder and smiled.
Just for one moment, a small second, I felt as if I was kid again. Except I was with Bellatrix instead of training at camp. Never meeting Bryan or Danni or Zeke. I sighed.
Bellatrix was definitely not the kind of the mother that would go to your violin recital or your baseball game. She was definitely not the kind of mom you'd want bring to career day.
'Sierra what does your mom do for living?'
'She's a deatheater!'
I smiled at the thought. Bellatrix led me around the building to a side door. She opened it and gestured for me to go in. I went in but was stopped cold by that evil, cold and mettalic voice.
"Hello, Sierra."
Kronos.
