Chapter 54

Annabeth's P.O.V.

I watch as Kronos struck Sierra in the side and her fly toward the ledge. At the last second, she caught the ledge. I slowly scooted over to the ledge, when she said, sounding very reluctant,  

"Annabeth!" I was surprised. She would say my name after all we had done to eachother.  

**FLASHBACK*** 

I watched as Sierra and Luke splashed in the lake. They had been in there all day. I really wanted to show Luke something, but I wanted to show it to him alone. I heard them both laughing.

 "Sierra! Stop!" he said, laughing as she splashed him somemore. "Can't make me!" she said, over the splashing. She was 8 and I was 9.

9 was way more mature,I thought.

"Okay, Sierra. We have to go in. It's almost time for dinner,"Luke said. Sierra groaned. Luke and her tromped out of the water.

She held his hand tightly, as if he would evaporate away if she didn't. "Woah, what's with the tight grip?" Luke asked. "I don't want you to leave me, too." He looked at her, slightly confused.

"Oh. You mean Danni and Bryan?" She nodded. "Well, I wouldn't do that to my favorite girl in the whole wide world, would I?" She smiled.

"No, I guess not." He smiled. "Good. Now let's go get changed." She held his hand, looser now. But from then on, I could almost never spend time with him. Sierra was almost always there.

Then when Luke left, she looked so sad all the time. Adding to that, her heart was broken by that idiot, Zeke. She got meaner, maybe even eviler.

She would ignore people, play 'pranks' with the Stoll brothers. Then, after she came back from London. She had changed. She had seem some what nicer.

Then, one of my brothers, one of the idiotic ones, I might add, called her "A stupid little brat who was a traitor to all demigods."

That had pissed her off and she cursed the entire cabin that they would never be right about anything they said for a week.

All the Athena kids loathed her deeply after that. But now, I had a choice. Be a murderer and a hero for the Athena cabin, or a hero for Sierra and be treated as a murderer in the Athena cabin.

I grabbed her arm.
