Chapter Twenty

*Abel's P.O.V**

I hit the pedal with full force, anger fuelling me. My ringtone fills the P1, I hit answer and Kenny's voice sounds panicked.

"Hello?"

"Abel, did you hear what--" Kenny's voice sound frantic.

"Yeah. Leave it to you fools to mess up one single parcel." I scream at him.

"We didn't. It was all Al's fault. That bastard got into a fight."

"I don't wanna hear your lame ass excuse. I'm going there myself, I don't want to put this again in your irresponsible hands."

I cut the call, not waiting to hear what Kenny have to say. I should have done it myself only. These assholes are not be trusted for this sensitive matter.

While driving, I ask Siri to call Hawk for me. He picks up on the third ring.

"Yo fam, what up?" He greets.

"Hawk eye, I need you at the 'Spot' in ten minutes. Bring backup, it might get ugly."

"Okay, I'm on my way." He cuts the call. I hope things don't go as I think they might.

*Kiara's P.O.V*

Whenever I am home, I get bored easily. Workplace for others are stressful, but for me it is my calm place. Especially after the breakup, I wonder what is Ty up to these days? That motherfucker didn't deserved all the years I spent on him. Remembering old memories, tears escape my eyes.

For sometime, I have been keeping it all in and trying to look okay. But inside, I have been on the verge of breaking. Except when I'm with Abel. He makes me forget about my pain and he makes me laugh so much.

I hear ringing of doorbell. I walk to the foyer and look at the screen next to the main door. Tabitha's happy face greets me. Quickly wiping tears from my face, I put on a smile and open the door.

"Hello bish!" She shouts jokingly. I force a laugh and go to hug her. She hugs me back then walks away to living room. I follow her, settling myself on the sofa as she does the same.

"What's up?" I ask her.

"I was thinking as- Have you been crying?" She asks, concerned because of my red nose and probably red eyes. I shake my head no, trying to smile a real smile. It's hard.

"Don't lie to me. Did Abel did something?" Her voice sounds annoyed.

"No, he didn't do anything. He never makes me cry, he does the exact opposite." This time, I smile a real one.

"I was thinking about, you know Ty. I mean, how is he now, what does he feel about me anymore.." I let out a wishful sigh.

She wears a understanding look.
"Do you really want to know how he is? I mean, do you want him back?" She asks me sympathetically.

"No." I reply quickly and a little to loudly. "No, I don't. Not after what he did last time." Before I can think, I spit out a secret to her.

"What happened last time? That girl photo scandal, right?" She looks at me unsure.

I shake my head no. She furrows her brows, trying to remember anything else that have happened.

"I didn't told you. I don't want you upset." I say in a small voice.

"Ty came to your house, the day you went to see Shane. He wanted to see you. I said you weren't home. Then as I was about to close the door, he became all emotional. Like 'you wouldn't even look at me' and 'I'm sorry' type."

"I asked him to come in and talk. We talked about Navea and about photo. He denied that she was anything to him, saying that she was a friend. I got very angry, I started to shout. Then I said that I will never forgive him and that we are over for good. Suddenly he changed, he got angry. First he held me roughly, saying that nobody rejects him and then he started kissing me. My neck, my jaw, everywhere."

"I was so disgusted. I tried to push him, and after a few tries I did. He then pushed me down on the sofa. He got on top and tried to- tried to take my clothes off. I kicked at him, which made him furious. He came over and- he came and slapped me, hard. I fell on the sofa. He again got on top of me and tried to tear my top off. I hit him with your vase which made him get off me. Then I threatened him, saying I will call the cops. I even dialled 911 after which, he got scared and went away."
