"Come on ma take it easy." I said walking behind them as Corey and Tez helped her into the house
"Damn Ian handicapped." We chuckled lightly as she complained letting go of Corey and Tez
"Look tonight Tamara and Chris coming with the kids you know she having her launch party in a couple of days." My mother informed
"And you needa be there Deyjah, Nique Nique going and your father and I are keeping all the kids." As much as I wanted to stay and take care of my mom I knew she wouldn't allow it
And I needed to be there for my best friend. I'm honestly so proud or her. Domain knocked me out of my thoughts as he came picking me up.
"Put me down Mani before you drop me!" I hit at his chest and then Messiah came after him tickling me
"We missed ya sis." They said and hugged me
"I missed y'all too. Where is Legacy?"I asked referring to Messiah's baby girl
"She at the crib with Maya." I frowned
"You should've brought her to see her Auntie. She have so much to say on face time." We walker back to the game room
"So wassup with you and Corey?" Domain asked and Messiah nodded agreeing with the question
"Cause last time we talked you were telling us you were developing feelings." I tell my brothers everything but I left out that Corey and I were way past the developing feelings stage
"He wants me to be his girl." I said and their eyes widened
"And you said..."
"I said no."
"Why?" Nique Nique questioned coming in
"Cause I have feelings for Tez it would be wrong of me to get involved with him and I'm still digging my baby daddy."
"Well I'm glad you're considering their feelings but you can't have both of them Dee. You're gonna have to choose." I let out a breathe and nodded
"I know , I know." We got off the topic of me and we just started catching each other up on our lives
We all had big things going. Messiah and Domani's music label was taking off. They always sweared up and down they wouldn't work together but I always knew they would and Zonnique just started her therapy practice.
Major and King are in college, sadly they couldn't make it home but we all were living our lives.
"Hey Auntie. Wassup Unc." Carter came in hugging me and dapping up Messiah and Domani
"Carter you get taller every time I see you. You gonna be 19 in a couple of months huh?" He smiles and nodded
"Ma can I get 20 bucks? I'll give it back I just left my wallet at the house." She mugged him and then reached in her wallet giving it to him
