Your P.O.V

The city was cold at night. A bit too cold for your liking. Shivering slightly, you clenched your teeth and continued to walk down the damp road. In the distance, sirens could be heard but, luckily, they didn't seem to be heading your way. Your shoes clicked on the pavement as you finally reached your apartment's door. Reaching into you pocket, you dug around with your numb fingers in an attempt to find your keys. "Come on." You mumbled, the tips of your fingers grazing the small metal but never wrapping around it.

"Y/N L/N?" A voice suddenly cut across the darkness and your heart flew into your throat. Quickly turning away from your door, you came inches away from a man's face. You pressed your back into the shelter of the door frame. "Who-" Before you could finish, the mysterious man spoke. "Eddie." He said simply. "You work for Life Foundation right? Head overseer?" You frowned, sliding your hand into your back pocket. "That is classified information sir." "Eddie." He repeated. You ignored him.

Instead of speaking, you quickly rammed your knee into his crotch, causing him to bend over in pain. Gripping tightly around your pepper spray from your pocket, you sprayed him in the face. "Ahhhhh!" Eddie stumbled back and you quickly grabbed your key, your shaky hands trying to push it into the keyhole. However, over your labored breathing, you heard a sort of clicking/growl and you paused, turning slowly around the face the gigantic creature towering over you.

You gasped. "The missing symbiosis." You said breathlessly, staring at the large creature that had replaced the man. The creature snarled at you before part of it's face peeled back to reveal the man. He snickered. "That hurt you know. But I like a little spunk in a girl." You remained silent, unsure how to react. "But unfortunately I'm not really here for a good time. I'm here for information on the other symbiosis in the lab." you shook your head. "I can't-" The symbiosis around the man began to consume his face again and began to growl. You stopped. "W-what do you want with the other symbiosis anyway?"

"The symbiosis is not some creature for humans to simply play around with. I plan to hide it from the world... forever." You raised your eyebrow in curiosity. "Yet you wear the symbiosis here like you're a youtuber showing off his supreme shirt." The creature paused. "There are... conditions to my particular situation." "Mmmm." You mumbled. "Well I'm flattered you took all this time to this cause you've created but I don't know how I can help you. I have access to files about the other symbiosis not the actual thing. How can I be of any help? The creature's face once again retracted to reveal Eddie. He grinned slyly. "Well first we can start with the location of that symbiosis and then maybe your number?" Your head jerked up. "What?!" Eddie shrugged. "What? I meant it earlier when I said I liked a little spunk!"

A/N: Sorry this is a little short! I haven't seen the movie yet so I'm basing this one-shot off stuff I already know about Venom. I hope you enjoyed! If you guys have any more ideas for one-shots I should write then feel free to tell me!
