eighteen;
Empty. That was what my soul was. I was heartless. I should've known Jake's plan. I would've ended it soon but Desiree came in the way and she- she somewhat distracted me in a good way. She was the comfort in my hell.
Now I just letted her go. Crazy. Why haven't I seen these coming? Everything is just so meaningful but you won't know the meaning once it happens. Cryptic; that's what it is.
"Vodka or Beer?" the bartender asks me
"Vodka" i answer and later on he slid a glass towards me. It's about 7-8 by now. Wherever Desiree could be, she should be eating her dinner or has ate.
My eyes looked everywhere. The girls, the boys, the drinks, the messed up stuff.. everything. What caught my eye was when I saw Marge.
Margaret.
I walked towards her, sitting next to her. She looked calm yet irritated in a way.
"Marge" i say
"Louis?" her eyes widen
"It's me" i lightly chuckled, then I remember why I came to her. "i need you to do me a favor"
"Oooh is it about Desiree?"
"Quite." i nod "It's about Jake mostly."
I started to tell her everything Jake has done. The same lie I told Desiree. I had to. I regret it, but it will work. She believed me the way Desiree did too.
"So it happens on her birthday?"
"That's what he told me."
"So you want me to sneak in his home?"
"Yes" i nod
"Alright" she nods "I'll do this for Desiree."
"Goodbye" i wave as she left
I was now left alone with myself, the noise, and the drinks. I finally got to order more drinks now since I didn't want the incident to happen with me and Marge when we got drunk. But I'm alone now. No worries.
-
My vision kept spinning that I wanted to sleep to get it off. But the pain inside me is still killing me.
Without knowing, I grabbed my phone and speed dialed Desiree.
"Hello?" she answers. She answered me.
"Hey" i slurred "Des..sireee"
"Uhm.. Louis. Leave me alone, please. It's for the better" i think I heard her gulp so I drank the rest of my drink aswell.
"Smithie don't say that" i whine
"Louis are you drunk? Go home! You finally got what you wanted! Your home!"
"It's just a house not a home! Home is where you are. I'll only go home once I know you come back"
"I'm not coming back" she mumbles. She doesn't mean it. She doesn't. She's lying. Desiree is just lying. I know that.
"Then.." I honestly didn't know what to say "Then I'm not leaving."
"Louis, you're none of my business anymore. Goodbye" she hungs up. She doesn't even care anymore. I lost her for good.

I spent the rest of the days staying in the bar. Of course I ment every word I ever tell Desiree. She doesn't even care about me anymore. But I care, I'm hoping my best on her birthday. That's how I could make it up to her. To end this shit. That's what she wanted-and what I wanted too.
