"You've been quiet" Liam tells me
"oh uhm i was just thinkin of stuff" i say and stare blanky at my food.
"C'mon it's dinner you have work tomorrow." Niall nudged and i nodded quickly.
"Smithie you have no idea how drunk Louis was every day because of you for 1 month" Liam chuckled
"So thats my fault too?" i raised my eyebrow
"Nah! But you shouldve seen the look in his face" he laughed even harder making the rest laugh too
"You guys do realize that youre making fun of a patient right now."
"sorry..sorry" Liam tried to hold his laugh.
I wonder how Louis is.
As soon as we finished, we headed back to Louis' room. As i was headed to Louis' bed, a nurse came in which made me groan. I just wanted to take a nap.
"Sorry. Im just having the check up" She smiled
"poor Louis he should be awake by now." Niall pouted
"He should be awake yesterday" i sighed
"No worries. He's getting better actually, theres a possibility he would wake up by tomorrow." The nurse smiled
"Oh thank goodness!" Niall rejoiced. "I could just watch him all night till he wakes up"
"Niall thats creepy." i tell him
"Im kidding. But hey maybe youre the first one who he would wake up to" he winked
"Aha, Louis may be free to go by tomorrow or the next day." The nurse says as he leaves. I dont blame her for walking out though, our conversation is getting too weird and personal.
"Look who's happyyyy!" Harry teased
"Ha ha but who wouldnt be happy?" i say
"But look who's the happiesttt" why does he need to extend the last sound.
"Whatever Harry i havent seen Louis open his eyes for a month."
"So you do miss him!" Harry kept teasing
"Its been a month okay? Harry, shouldnt you go take a nap? The rest are already taking a nap but you"
"I dont know i wanna see your reaction when you see him wake up" he grinned
"You sound like Niall."
"You'd be like 'oh my gosh Louis youre awake oh my gosh i looooove youuu'" He said in a 'girl' voice
"Youre insane you need to have a nap"
"So do you, you have work...wait youre waiting for Louis huh?"
"Harry" i groaned "Ill go take a nap right now, now shut up."
"Alright ." he finally said
I layed on my bed for a couple more minutes, not knowing what's gonna happen. Louis is finally gonna wake up soon. What would i first say? What would he say? Wait i get to see his eyes again!
I sat up for a minute to check if the boys are asleep, which they are. I turned my body facing Louis and watched him sleep.
Which is creepy.
"Louis i cant wait for you to wake up." i whispered.
"I dont want to wake anyone up but I cant wait to see your bright eyes your white teeth. I cant wait to hear your voice again. I cant wait to tell you how im so sorry, to eat cheetos with you again to watch movies together, to do all the things we used to do. Youre finally gonna wake up. You dont know how sorry i am. I hope you wake up reallly really soon. " I know he wont hear me anyways.
Im not crazy i just cant hold back my feelings to him anymore.
I give one last glance and kissed him on the forehead.
"Goodnight" i whispered and faced the other side. I adjusted my position and closed my eyes. I'm only taking a nap since I'm leaving soon too because of fucking visting hours.
I felt an arm wrapping around my waist which made my eyes wide "Goodnight Desiree" the voice said. The same voice i used to hear every morning, the same voice that would complain about mac and cheese.
I turned around and found him smiling at me. I couldnt hold my tears of joy. I could feel my cheeks rising up. The same pair of bright blue eyes are staring at me. After a month, i get to see them
