So-- I have no requests, so I'd be happy if you sent some. Then I wouldn't have to spin random wheels and come up with ships like that. And Merry Christmas!
Natsuki placed her manga in her lap, reading it with a smile on her lips. The meeting so far was pretty bland. Yuri and Natsuki were reading, Sayori was drawing on a slip of paper, and Monika was just staring at her desk. They had been at this for almost all of the meeting, and Natsuki was pretty sure that was all that was going to happen.
Finally, Monika climbed to her feet, smiling. "Okay, everyone!" She yelled out. Carefully, the tsundere shut her book and slipped it into the box set.
Trotting up to the front of the room, Natsuki observed Monika. The short girl was jealous of her, in all honesty. The confidence, the beauty, the kindness, the strength, every single quality Monika possessed made her girlfriend material. It was no wonder she was one of the most popular girls.
"We're having an exchange of gifts!" Monika announced, grinning at her club members. The moment Monika said "gifts," Natsuki perked up. "Gifts like what?" She asked quickly. Her papa never had the thought of actually buying her a gift for Christmas, so any kind of present would brighten up her day.
"Any kind!" Monika answered. "Each person in the club chooses someone to give a gift to, and you just go from there! The thing is, you can only choose one person. That way, it'll seem more special."
Natsuki fluttered her eyes. "What do you mean, 'only one person?' What if someone gets nothing?"
The brown-haired girl passed Natsuki an unreadable smile. "I'm sure that won't happen. Anyways, it's time to go! Pack up your things, and make your gifts... they're due tomorrow!"
The pink-haired girl couldn't open her mouth before Monika had left the desk. She could feel heat traveling to her ears whenever she looked at Monika. She wasn't sure why.
"Hey!" Natsuki turned around, to see Sayori. She was cramming her things into her bag, zipping it back up. "Who are you making a gift for?"
Thinking long and hard, she shrugged. "I'm not sure. What about you?"
Sayori giggled. "I don't know eirher! Maybe I'll draw straws or something." Natsuki nodded, before walking to her own bag. "Me too."
Actually, Natsuki didn't plan to do so. She'd made up her mind, and she was going to make a gift for Monika. She didn't know why, but that was what she wanted to do.
"Okay," Natsuki said as she left the club. "What would she like...?"

It was the next day, club time. Natsuki was nervous that Monika wouldn't like the gift she'd gotren. The gift was a book she bought, a friendship bracrlet, and a poem.
Yuri smiled, placing her gifts on the counter. "Monika?" She said in a smooth voice.
The club president looked up. "Yeah?"
"Are you almost ready to share gifts?" Yuri asked, before gesturing to the bag on her desk.
Natsuki's heart began to pound. "I didn't put my gift in a bag..." she whispered under her breath, balancing at the objects. Would Monika's opinion on them change?
Natsuki's eyes flicked over to the taller girl, and her cheeks became rosy. For some reason, looking at her made her heart skip a beat.
