US training camp. Steve and Kai in line with others

" Ready, exercise!" An officer yelled to his platoon.

A lady walked up looking over each of the people in line pausing at Kai who was standing next to a taller man, Hodge, then to Steve who was about six people away.

" Recruits, attention! Gentlemen," Peggy started then paused looking at Kai," Ladies, I'm Agent Carter. I supervise all operations of this division." Peggy said her British accent prominent.

" What's with the accent, Queen Victoria? Thought I was signing up for the U.S. Army." Hodge said causing Peggy and Kai to look at him while the others looked forward.

" What's your name, soldier? " Peggy asked stepping in front of Hodge.

" Gilmore Hodge, your Majesty." He said.

" Step forward, Hodge," Peggy said.

Hodge stepped forward with a smirk causing Kai to glare at him as he practically undressed the Agent with his eyes like he had done to her when he saw her.

" Put your right foot forward," Peggy instructed.

" Mmm...Are we gonna wrassele? Cause I got a few moves I know you both will like." Hodge said looking at both Peggy and Kai.

She moved forward quickly before anyone could stop her and hit the disgusting pig of a private in the nose making him fall back holding it in pain.

" Not so tough now are you asshole?" Kai growled out glaring at the man.

Col. Phillips drives up to see the female glaring down at her fellow candidate.

" Agent Carter." Phillips greeted looking at the other female.

" Colonel Phillips," Peggy said with a small smile.

Kai stopped glaring at Hodge and moved back into line as if nothing ever happened.

" I see the candidates are breaking in just fine. That's good!"

He then turned to Hodge," Get your ass up out of that dirt and stand in that line at attention 'till somebody comes tells you what to do."

" Yes, sir. "

Hodge scrambled up moving a little farther away from Kai causing her to smirk a little at his fear.

" General Patton has said that wars are fought with weapons but they are won by men. We are going to win this war because we have the best men…," Phillips pauses as he sees Rogers then Kai and continues talking," And because they’re gonna get better. Much better."
