December 16th, 1991

Kai stood in the treeline reluctantly teleporting ten feet every few seconds to keep up with the car that held what her and Bucky were after. The trunk of the car carried the key to more Hydra super soldier's.

Kai watched as Winter came up to the side of the car, shooting one of the tires in causing the car to swerve off the road and hit a tree.

Turning around Winter came back to the car parking the motorcycle behind it before getting off of the bike. Walking forwards he opened the trunk where the case was.

Kai stood out of the range of the camera, all they could see was part of her shadow.

Opening the case which inside held five bags of serum in it, he shut it again before grabbing the case.

Kai watched as the driver's side door opened and a white-haired man crawled out.

" Please. Help." He called out as Winter grabbed him by the hair.

Kai's breath caught in her throat as she looked through the man's mind.

Howard.

He settled down and had a kid made a bigger name for himself.

" Sargent Barnes?" He asked confused.

Kai ran forwards as Winter raised his metal arm.

" Stop! СТОП!" Kai yelled out grabbing Winters arm. *Stop*

Winter looked down at her glaring. Last time she had done this they were both punished and starved for a month.

" Kai?" Howard asked with wide eyes.

Kai turned towards Howard and shot him a small smile, " Howard."

Winter grabbed her arm and pulled quickly causing it to come out of the socket. Shoving her to the ground he grabbed the man again and punched him in the face twice, letting him fall to the ground then dragging him to his car setting him inside to look as if he died on impact.

Kai could hear a woman, Maria, inside calling out to her now dead husband. Standing Kai, she ran to the other side where Winter was squeezing the life out of the woman.

" Stop! Let her go! " Kai yelled trying to shove Winter away but only moving him a little. He turned towards her grabbing her wrist with his metal hand and flicking it to the side breaking it.

She let out a pained gasp as her hand and arm pulsed with pain, while inside the car Maria was being choked to death.

Finally, it was quiet inside the car. The only sound of breathing was the two supersoldiers.

Letting go of the woman's neck Winter turned glaring fully at Kai who was still tugging and shoving to get away.

" СТОП!" He barked out angrily grabbing her by the neck and slamming her into the car pinning her there. *Stop*

Still, struggling tears started to build up in Kai's eyes seeing Howard had set something off in her causing her to break out of what Hydra had molded her into just like it had happened with Kathleen.

Finally having enough of her fighting Winter raised his gun and hit Kai with it in the head, knocking her out cold. As she slouched into him Winter turned to the camera shooting it before continuing to his bike securing Kai in front of him he took off towards the jet.

6 Months Later

Kai stood watching as the five Agents were injected with the blue serum, a copy of the one that unlocked her abilities and enhanced her like it had Steve.

" It will make them like you yes?" The head doctor asked with a thick accent.

She tilted her head slightly, looking at the doctor before nodding, " It will enhance them more physically and mentally. They're already at the peak physical and mental fitness but this will make them even more so."

" Perfect."

Kai continued to watch the progress of the new breed of Super Soldiers closely. Each time one of them was fully enhanced she took control of them planting their protocols in them by hand.

Until finally, they all were ticking time bombs, that's when the commanders thought it was best to put them against there original Winter Soldier to see their improvements.

Inside the cage area, Kai watched as Winter and one of the new Soldiers fought, The Soldier grabbing his metal arm and twisting it up before raising it and kicking him into the wall.

" Хорошая работа." The General next to Kai said looking down at Winter as a Doctor walked towards The Soldier. * Good Work*

Suddenly he grabbed the doctor by the back of the neck and slammed him into the ground instantly killing him.

One of the armed guards hit him with his baton only making the Soldier angrier, causing the other four to stand up.

" Солдаты. Вытащи меня отсюда." One of the men said to Winter then turned to Kai, " Контролировать их." * Soldier get me out of here. *  * Control Them*

Nodding she stretched out her hand letting her blue mist come out as Winter led the General out defending himself as other guards came after him.

Once they were out Winter slammed the cage door shut and nodded once at his partner.

Nodding back, Kai lifted her hands, the tendrils of blue spreading out into the Soldiers minds causing them to stop moving and stand completely still.

"Доброй ночи, Солдаты."
*Goodnight, Soldiers.*

With those three words, the five soldiers fell the ground, eyes closed, completely knocked out.

1 year later

Kai stood silently next to Winter as they looked straight ahead.

" You two will help train the Red Rooms newest program once they find Candidates for it. The Black Widow program."

Nodding the two waited for the Head to give more details.

" The program will start with 28 girls and end with only one left. Your job is to train these girls and turn them into deadly assassins and spies. Teach them how to thrive in our world. The soon to be New World. "

The two still looked forward as the man said the two words Kai hated the most.

" Hail Hydra."

With a sickening roll of her stomach, Kai ever so slightly looked to Winter as the two recited in perfect union.

" Hail Hydra."
