The two enter the science lab to see, Larry, Todd, and Ash all huddled up near the table as (Y/n) announces. "Got more bologna." She hands it to Todd, who nods. "Perfect." (Y/n) also said. "Kim said that it's made by Mrs. Packerton." Larry's eyes widen a bit. "Whoa, no way, dude. She lives in the apartments, how can she make her own lunch meats?"

"Oh yeah!" Sal exclaimed, "I forgot she lives there. I hardly ever see her. I've probably seen her in the building twice since I moved here." Todd then says, "She tends to return at late hours. I believe that she keeps multiple jobs. Teachers don't get paid as well as you may think, so it's fairly common. However, when Mrs. Packerton is home she makes quite a lot of noise. It's very peculiar."

Ash raises a brow, looking between her friends. "So what do we do? Should we ask Packerton about this odd side business of hers? Or are you guys going to do your whole detective thing?" Larry shrugs. "Heh, I don't know, what do you think, guys?" Larry asked, looking down at Sal and (Y/n) as the blue-haired boy replied. "Let's do a little snooping before going to Packerton. I don't like the way this is playing out. If something nefarious is going on, it'd be best not to let Packerton know that we're looking into it."

"Agreed." Said Todd.

"Good call, Sally," Larry said.

Ash nodded. "Alright, why don't you, Larry, and (Y/n) go check out Mrs. Packerton's classroom while the teachers are on break? Todd and I will finish testing the bologna." (Y/n) nods, "Exactly what I was thinking. Ok, we'll be back." With that, the three rush over to Mrs. Packerton's room. Larry kept an eye out while Sal and (Y/n) were by her desk, trying to unlock the combination

(Y/n) sighs, stretching her back when she notices the first four numbers of Pi were bolder than the others. (Y/n) smirks, chuckling. "Of course." She then kneeled back down to Sal and stated. "It's 3141. The first few numbers of Pi were bolded." Sal looked up at the numbers. "Well, woulda know."

Sal then placed the numbers in the combo-lock and the cabinet was unlocked. "Got it open!" Sal announced to Larry. "Nice one, dudes! What's inside?" (Y/n) leaned her head forward, listing. "Just a bunch of math papers and..." She squinted her eyes, moving the papers away, "Hold on, there's a hidden compartment." Sal leaned his head over to (Y/n), wondering what she saw. Once he looked over, he mumbled. "Man, there's some freaky stuff in here."

"What is it?" Larry questioned as the two look closely. "We're not sure..." When looking, there was a bird's skull, a book with a cross on the cover, papers written in what looks like a different language with some symbols, crystals, plants, bottles, and a strange metal object that looks very similar's to Jim's puzzle box.

(Y/n) grabs it and Sal rearranges the cabinet, making sure nothing was out of place. (Y/n) stands back up, inspecting the object in her hand. "There's another one of these metal boxes, like the..." Then suddenly, (Y/n) and Sal's visions start to glitch, making the girl furrow her eyebrows in confusion. "The... hell?"

"..shit," Sal muttered. "Is it happening again?" Larry asked Sal as he quickly nodded. "Yeah, I--" Then suddenly, (Y/n) and Sal found themselves in the White Room. (Y/n) was just confused while Sal already knew about this place. "Where the hell are we...?"

"To be honest, I don't really know..." Sal trailed off as an unfamiliar voice started to boom throughout the room.

"-u-i-y-r-u-y. -r-h-o-h-e-i-t-n-r-u-y. -a-,d-r-w-i-t-o-f-l-s-u-y-n-b-u-s-m-o-"

"Wha..?" Then, the two were back in the room to be greeted with Larry speaking. "Are you sure? You could just be dehydrated. You didn't eat anything for lunch either." Sal quickly shook his head. "It's done."

"Huh?"

"It's already over."

"But..."

"Never mind, let's go check in with Todd and Ashley."

Like so, the three start to walk back to the science room. (Y/n) leans over to Sal's ear, whispering. "What happened? What was that?" Sal shrugged. "Not sure, though, I don't understand why you were dragged into it this time." (Y/n) just stays silent afterward and the three arrive at the room. "Hey guys," Sal speaks, "we found some sketchy things in Packerton's desk. How are the tests coming?"

"We're not getting any signs of harmful chemicals or bacteria," Replies Todd, "However, I think we can all agree there is something peculiar going on here." Ash nods. "Whatever it is, let's not mention this to Chug for now. The poor kid almost had a heart attack when they stopped serving meatloaf."

"Yeah, Ash is right," Larry says, "Let's keep this under wraps until we know for sure what's going on." Sal lightly sighs, "Well, I guess we know what we have to do now." Ash lets out a groan. "Damn! I'm gonna miss the action again. I have to watch Ben until my parents get home. Maybe I can help out after that though..."

Later that day, the school was over and (Y/n), Sal, Larry, and Todd stood inside the front doors of the apartment. "I'll need few minutes to get it ready," Todd informs the three as Larry nods. "That's cool, I have to take care of something first anyway."

"Ok, let's meet up in Todd's room once everybody's ready."

"Yes, perfect."

"Cool."

With that, Larry and Todd go to their apartments while the two head over to (Y/n)'s apartment. (Y/n) uses her key and unlocks the door, pushing it open to be greeted by her mom. "Hey, (Y/n), oh, and hey, Sal! How was school?" (Y/n) just shrugs, grabbing a cookie from the counter and taking a bite out of it. "It was... alright. We'll be in my room." Her mom nodded, grabbing her purse from the coat rack and waving bye. "Alright, well, I'm going to work. Love you, sweetheart."

"Bye!"

With that, her mom leaves. They enter (Y/n)'s room to see it was a mess with (C/n) laying on top of it. "Sorry about the mess, (C/n) likes to trash my room." She apologizes, taking big steps to her closet. "It's fine. I've seen worse."

(Y/n) opens her closet door and pulls out her black sweater, slipping it on as she sighs. "Want anything to eat?" Sal shakes his head. "No, I'm fine." The two talked to each other for a while before looking at the clock. Sal turns over to (Y/n) announcing, "I think we should head to Todd's place now."

(Y/n) nods as she goes to hold his hand, pecking his prosthetic before leaving her home and entering the elevator.
