It was a sunny day outside. Larry, (Y/n), and Sal were just hanging out as usual. Then (Y/n) suggested this new restaurant in town and wanted to know if the two wanted to go. They agreed, as they were now in Larry's car, driving their way over there.

"I heard the food there is good." (Y/n) says, staring out the window. They finally arrive at the restaurant. Larry parks his car and the three jump out. (Y/n) grabs Sal's hand as they walk over to the building and enter it. It was nice inside. It looked cozy as well. There was the typical bar and the TV playing football.

The three can hear slight howlers at a few football fans and forks, spoons, and knives cluttering together, but other than that, it was quiet. Finally, a waitress looked up at them and smiled.

"Hi, welcome to The Gallery Fox! How many people?" The waitress asked. "Three." The girl goes to grab the menus before looking over at Sal and smiling over to (Y/n) and Larry.

"Is she you're daughter?"

what.

Larry and (Y/n) immediately wanted to laugh right then and there, but they just made goofy smiles. "Yes, sh-she i-s." (Y/n) uttered out, trying to hold in a giggle. Sal looked over at the two with disappointment as the waitress went to ask. "How old is she?"

"She's 9."

"And what's her name?"

"Sally."

"Sally, huh?"

Tre waitress looks down at Sal, staring at his prosthetic and continued to smile. "Well, Sally, I hope you like it here!" The waitress then takes the three to a table, while (Y/n) and Larry try to hold in their laughter at the silent Sal. Once they were seated, and given menus, one which being a kid's menu, the waitress walked off, giving them time to think.

Then, Larry and (Y/n) let out their laughs as they can hear Sal slightly groan. "Am I really that short?" The blue-haired boy grumbled, making (Y/n) snicker. "Apparently!" Larry and (Y/n) continue to laugh, making Sal slouch in his seat.

"At least the kid's menu has some good choices, so that's a win for me!"

"Yes, but you're going to have to drink the apple sauce or the milk. There's not many drink selections in the kid's menu, y'know?" (Y/n) said with a smirk. "But seriously, how am I mistaken to be a 9-year-old?" Sal muttered. "Well, I mean, you do have pigtails." Larry commented.

"I hate you guys.."

"And we love you too, now, we gotta continue the act, the waitress is coming back."

"Why..?"

"Because, it's funny."

Sal groaned again before agreeing. The waitress came back and asked for their drinks and the food. They ordered, waited, and received their food. Larry got a cheeseburger with a smoothie, (Y/n) ordered a (F/f) and (F/d), and Sal got the chicken nuggets with apple sauce.

They are, drink, joked, made Sal grumble, and more. And after they payed the bill and went to leave, the waitress waved them bye before (Y/n) turned to the waitress. "Thank you! Sally, say thank you."

He just grumbled before turning to the girl. "Bye." The waitress eyes shot wide-opened at his voice as the three left the restaurant with a hysterical Larry and (Y/n).

Although Sal hated it, he couldn't help but form a small smile. The three arrived back at the apartments and split up. Larry going home, and (Y/n) going to Sal's. They sat on the couch, watching TV. Nothing good was on anyways, so the two talked.

"I'm still surprised how that lady thought I was 9. No nine year old is 5'2!" (Y/n) playfully rolled her eyes. "Some are, surprisingly. People have different growth sparse." She said, as she slightly lifted his prosthetic and kissed his cheek.

"Have you seen any that were that tall?"

"No, not really, but my mom has."

Sal looked at her in the corner of his eye before sighing and placing an arm around her shoulder. "Let's try to forget this day ever existed." (Y/n) shook her head. "Nope. This'll forever be carved in my brain until I die."

The two chuckle and continue their time talking about stupid and weird stuff their minds thought of.
