"Hello father, I was hoping to speak to you about my future plans."

"Tyrion...you left so abruptly after the trial, you hardly gave us a chance to congratulate you on your victory."

Tyrion was taken aback by Tywin's cordiality. This was hardly the father he knew, but then again, father and son had never stood eye to eye, the great equalizer, and now Tyrion had the pleasure of looking down on Tywin. he relished in it. Towering above Tywin was almost revenge enough, as suddenly Tywin hardly seemed as threatening as he had been in the past, for almost all of Tyrion's life. It was such a small thing, the physical size of a man. It had nothing to do with what was in is heart or his mind or his soul, and yet for Tyrion it had changed everything. Now Tywin had no choice but to look up to him, and Tyrion believed that this was hurting him and humbling him all at the same time.

"Are you still consorting with your angel of mercy?"

"Lady Steffana? Yes."

"Well where is she? I'd certinaly like to meet the lady who lifted the curse from my son."

"She's around, though I don't know where. You can imagine. She does as she pleases."

"Yes, I observed. She seems to know a lot about our ways. But she's not from Westoros"

"No father, she's not even from the realm. She's from the future."

"From the future? How could such a thing even be possible."

"I don't know, but I assure you, she is. If demonstration at my trial leaves any doubt in your mind, then a bit of time in her aviaut or with her light sabers, and you would know that her technology as she calls it, is far, far advanced than anything we've ever known. She has mechanical dragons, and swords that are made of light. She's shown me how to use these tools, and I must admit anyone who dares to oppose me now, is battling forces he simply does not, and couldn't possibly understand."

As Tyrion made the statement, he realized that he meant it as a sort of veiled threat to his father. Tyrion realized, as he said it how very different things were for him now. So he said to Tywin,

"You know I've just returned from the Eyrie, in the Vale."

"The Eyrie? But how's that possible? you'e only been gone a few days."

"Oh it was nothing, really, to get to the Vale from here. In the aviaut, we arrived there in about an hour. We had to go retrieve my wife Sansa....you see Lord Baelish had stolen her from me at Joffrey's wedding. Also, as it turns out, he was behind Joffrey's murder...him and the Tyrells. It seems that they couldn't bear to have their Margeary married to Joffrey the monster."

Tywin asked Tyrion, "Do you realize what you are saying?"

"Of course I do father. I'm telling you who murdered your grandson and the King, so that you will know who you can trust and who you cant."

"How did you learn of this Tyrion?

"From lady Steffana, of course. She has a machine that shows what has happened, and what will happen if you don't take care to prevent it."

"It is sorcery! Witchcraft. No good can come from it!"

"Well it has all worked out tremendously well for me. I will be taking my bride, Sansa back to Winterfell, where I will become Warden of the North, with your blessing of course. You could use a Lannister up North."

"it's true. I could use a Lannister up North to settle things, and to keep a watch for any unrest. But you know Winterfell has been burned to the ground."

"Yes I know, but we'll rebuild it."

"Well there's Roose Bolton to be concerned with, he fancies himself warden of the North."

"Yes, I'm well aware father, and I'm well equipped to deal with him and his psychopath of a son."

"It all seems a bit much, Tyrion. Perhaps you should stay in Kings Landing and serve the crown-"

"Oh father don't be ridiculous. You know Cersie woudl never allow me to be of any assistance here. No. It is time that I go,and fulfill the role that you tasked me with. You married me off to Sansa Stark to unite the Lannisters and the Starks, so let me play my part.'

"Okay, then Tyrion. You have my blessings. But before you leave so hastily I insist that we all sit down to a family dinner, me, you, Cersie, King Tommen, Jaime, your wife Sansa...and...if you can arrange it the sourceress, Lady Steffana.

"I believe that can be arranged."
