Steffana

It was a bright and sunny day at Kingslanding. If winter was coming, she couldn't tell. She had called a meeting with her crew- and they were all on the balcony of the room she had selected at the Red Keep.

"It is all just so breathtakingly authentic."

Her players looked at her, not understanding. How could they possibly understand? Oberyn, Ellaria, Sansa and Tyrion sat around a the table, all waiting for further instructions and explanations. Sansa and Oberyn were especially pissy. Understandably. Oberyn complained loudly,

"Lady Steffana, I'm beginning to tire of these games you play. I want revenge. I need revenge! You bring me here...so close and expect me to act like a beaten man. I will not! I demand my revenge."

Steffana was beginning to rethink her choice in Oberyn. Too impulsive...too aggressive...without modifications, he would get them all killed before they even left Kings Landing.

"You do realize, you'd be dead by now, if it weren't for me."

"I know no such thing!"

Ellaria sat beside Oberyn acting the dutiful companion as always. She was far more interesting after he had died. Steffana thought of telling Ellaria so, but then decided against it. And instead, pulled out her controller, pulled up the Oberyn character. She increased humility, and decreased  his aggression. He quickly recovered,

"Lady Steffana, I'm sorry for my rude  outburst, moments before. I owe you a great debt, how can I ever repay you."

That's more like it. Steffana thought. she was battling such a nervousness. Could she do this? Could she really come into this ficticious world and face Julian head on? What if she lost? All these characters would certainly die...and even though she could console herself with the fact they they weren't real, they certainly seemed every bit as real as she was. She knew she'd never convince them otherwise. Well she had to convince them off something.

"I know that none of you wanted to come back here...and I understand- especially, you Lady Sansa. I realize that this place holds many horrible memories for you and so you, don't have to participate in this mission."

"What shall I do?"

"You can go back to the aviaut- ask it to show you the Sansa timestream up until the Battle of the Bastards."

Sansa looked utterly confused.

"Just say that exactly- the Saty will know what to do. You need to study your timestream, Sansa, so you can better understand that kind of enemies that you have...who you are up against. It's going to be very important going forward."

Sansa, looked at Steffana skeptically, and Steffana understood. It would take a while before she   would trust any of them. If ever. Steffana knew selecting Sansa was a risk, but, she needed her. She needed a check on Little Finger.

"Ellaria, there's really nothing much more for you to do either. I'm going to send Tyrion and Oberyn on assignment - meanwhile, you can go with Sansa, back to the aviaut- help her process her timestream, and also, take a look at your own. You can view it up until the end."

"But...I am always with Oberyn-"

"Look, you need to learn your timestream. It is important to your survival."

"It is no problem my love...do as lady Steffana asks."

After Sansa  and Ellaria the aviaut. Steffana began to scheme with the rest of her crew.

"Okay, so look, there are two players that I'd definitely like to recruit to go accompany us today, Varys and Bronn. Varys is essential...as for Bronn, it would be nice, but if it doesn't happen, it's alright."
