A letter came down to Camp Half Blood. No one expected it from the Gods. Other than the surprising appearance of Apollo and Poseidon, the Gods had been quiet. So when Chiron announced that the Gods had sent a letter, everyone was shocked, half expecting it to be a prophecy of some sort.
Since the only ones who could get close to Percy were Nico and Will, they were sent to deliver it. Percy's door opened after they knocked, and he took the letter. After they left, Percy opened it slowly, not knowing what to expect.
Dear Percy,
There's so much I want to tell you. So much I need to tell you. But I can't tell you everything through all the Iris Messages in the world or in a single letter. I need to tell you face to face. Just don't be disappointed when you find out who I am. Please.
-Lester
Something about the letter made Percy smile. Sure they had only talked once, but knowing who Lester really was made Percy happy. The one person who he didn't know made him the happiest. Percy didn't know why, or how, but he didn't care.
With a smile plastered on his face, he sat on his bed. It was peaceful. Nothing was on his mind. He took some deep breaths and waited for Lester to show up. Somehow he knew Lester would come to him.
After about an hour, a knock on his door brought him out of his peaceful thoughts. At first he thought it was Will or Nico bringing him food, but instead it was him.
Lester had arrived.
I know, short chapter, but you don't have to wait long to find out what happens ;))))
