"Good morning," Mark says. I groan, and cover my face with my hands. "How did you sleep last night?" he asks while chuckling.
"I got maybe," I look over at the clock on the wall, "3 hours."
He shakes his head, "Why?"
I rub my eyes, "I was busy packing and getting things from my room together so my dad could bring them to the apartment today, plus I packed my car and unpacked them on my way over here. I was finishing homework that I have due tomorrow." I look up at him and sigh, "I went over to the apartment after I left here last night and started to unpack. I think that was my mistake."
He smiles, "But you are ahead for tomorrow at least." He places a takeout coffee cup in front of me, winks and walks to his office. I sigh, then go back to work.

I unlock the door to my place, there was the mountain of things dad brought over just sitting as close as they could against the wall. I put my backpack and my purse down next to the door, at least they were going to be easy to find for the morning. I walk over to the kitchen to see my coffee maker already set up, that wasn't here yesterday. I look next to it to see a container of my favorite coffee and a small bag of my dad's favorite. I can tell dad's opened his, I smile, that was the big surprise he was talking about. I walk over to the fridge and open it to see the only thing in it was the take out box he promised to put in there.
Grabbing it I throw it in the microwave and walk back to the bedroom to see that the bed was put together, now all I need to do is find the bedsheets. I sigh, just thinking about the last time I saw them and where they could possibly be. The microwave dings and I walk back out to the kitchen. Grabbing the hot box and place it on the counter. While I wait for that to cool off I could find the box with all my bedding in it.
Walking over and grabbing a sharpie from my backpack and going back to the boxes. One by one I grab them, open it and write what's in the box. Then from there I place them where they need to go. One of the first ones I find is the bathroom things. I walk them back to the bathroom and I place it down, the only thing is I forgot to get a shower curtain. Walking back out to the kitchen I grab my backpack and a piece of paper, shower curtain is the only thing written on the piece of paper. I grab my phone from my pocket, it's only 7pm. Thank goodness Mark let me go home kind of early today. But then again there was really nothing for me to do today. Tomorrow and Thursday are going to be my longer days. I sigh, maybe I should spend most of tonight unpacking things, so I don't have to worry about too much tomorrow?
Walking back to the kitchen I look at the progress I have made. None of the furniture has moved, but maybe 6 boxes or so have and are in the places that they need to be, nothing else has been added to my shopping list either. I take a bite of food and look at the other boxes I have left to move. Grabbing the shopping list I start writing random food items. Maybe for the next two days I can just bring my lunch. I jot down a couple things that sound good and also start the list of the drinks that I want the fridge to be filled with. After this weekend I can actually go grocery shopping for real. I continue eating and thinking about what I could possibly need I also write random necessities down, things that I have over looked. Finishing up the last bite of food I put everything in the sink and go back to the boxes.
Looking back at the time, it's already 8:30? I look at the progress I've made. I moved the couch and the TV stand. I put the TV on there as well, but I haven't plugged it in yet. My desk has an office chair now, which has a box in it that I need to empty. The kitchen has a couple more boxes that were in the pile. I found one more box for the bathroom, which all my towels and things. I drug my dresser into my closet at the entrance of my room and placed the hanging things right beside that I unloaded yesterday. I look around, I might as well go shopping now, just to get it out of the way and come back and unpack boxes.
