Dear Diary 1996,
It's been a day since I met Larry, and let me tell you how amazing that guy is. Even though we barely know each other, he's already inviting me to his house, calling me his 'best friend', and talking to me like we've known each other for years! Aunt Carol approves of him, whatever that means. Anyway, I better go, some people are waiting to use the bathroom.
Signing off!
I close my journal and put it in my bag. I get up and open the stall to see some girls in here as well. I brace myself since girls are much tougher to deal with. As I walk toward the mirror, some of the girls start to back away, whispering things while having disgusted looks. I roll my eyes and wash my hands. Without looking, I feel a girl washing her hands next to me.
"So your the one who beat up Travis. That was pretty awesome."
Some girls gasped and quickly ran out of the bathroom. Well, that's one way to get rid of them.
"Apparently that's all I'm known for now. But don't worry, I wouldn't beat you up too." She laughs, which makes me turn to her. Her back faces me while she dries her hands.
"I believe you. You seem like a nice person, just like my other good friends." She then turns around and hands me the paper towel. "My name's Ashley by the way."
Holy shit. She's really pretty! She has these green eyes that are like emeralds and long, brown hair. "Y/N. It's nice to meet you."
I grab the paper towel and dry my hands, then throwing it away. "What class do you have right now?" I look up at her.
"I'm not really sure. Remembering things isn't really my forte, but my schedule is in my locker. You wanna tag along?"
"Sure! That means we can get to know each other a little better." She grabs my hand and leads me towards the lockers.
When we get there, I try and open my locker, but my dumb brain forgot the pin too. I face planted into my locker while Ashley giggles. "Here, my friends and I use a paperclip to get into our lockers. It's way easier, plus you don't have to worry about remembering your pin.
I lift my head up. "I guess that'll work, although, I've never done that before." Ashley moves to the front of my locker and with the magic of the paperclip, my locker opens. My eyes light up with joy and she once again giggles. She opens my locker and looks inside.
"It's pretty empty in here, except for some books and your schedule."
"Yeah, but don't worry, I'm not THAT boring."
"Here", She reaches into her bag and takes out a mini stuff doll. "I call these my 'Little Dudes'. You can have it to spice up your locker a little."
"Really? Wow, thanks Ashley!"
"Of course! And you can call me Ash if you like."
"Sure, Ash it is then!" We both laugh and talk for awhile. Hopefully she's as nice as she seems, but I highly doubt she's a bitch like most of the girls I've met before. Ash's face then lights up when she sees someone behind me.
"Hey! Took you long enough. I want you to meet Y/N." I turn around and froze. Wait, I know who that is.
"Sal? Sal Fisher?" The person with the mask looks frozen too.
"Y/N?"
