Dad's Calling Pt. 1

(s/h = short hair // l/h = long hair)

{Y/N POV}

I step out of the shower and grab a towel, wrapping it around me. I ring my wet, s/h or l/h. I look in the foggy mirror and wipe it. Wait, is that- I gasp and turn around. No ones there... I could of sworn I saw something... My heart is racing at this point. I take a deep breath and chuckle. Probably just my imagination. I exit the bathroom to see Larry sleeping. I smile and walk over to my bag. Suddenly, I feel a cold breeze making me shiver. Damn, when did it get so cold in here? I shrug it off and reach for my bag, pulling out my journal. I sit down on the edge of the bed trying not to wake him up.

Dear Diary 1997,

Yesterday's Winter Dance wasn't what I was expecting. After months of not getting a migraine, my head decided to get one! I guess I overdid it a little. Anyway, after the dance the gang and I decided to grab some ice cream at a place near the apartments. I swear, Nockfell is so small that everything is so close to each other. Just a walking distance away! After that, we all decide to crash at Larry's place since it was past midnight. I called Aunt Carol to let her know and she said it was fine. Anyway, I think we all are just going to chill today. The rest of the gang left early to their homes, so I guess it's just Larry and I for today.

I close my journal and put it back in my bag. I walk over to Larry's closet and grab a Sanity Fall's long sleeve shirt and some sweatpants. I close the closet and get dressed. When I'm done, I grab my socks and sneakers and put those on. When I'm done, I decide to walk Larry up. Before I do though, I hear something.

"Y/N? Is that you?" I turn my head to the door. No one's there. What the fuck is happening?? I grab the nearest thing, which is a glass cup, and make my way to the door. I open it quickly and close my eyes. Nothing happened. I open one eye, then the other. I slowly walk out of Larry's room and make my way to the living room "Y/N? I'm over here!" I turn my head to the bathroom. My eyes are wide at his point. Oh, heeeeell no! I run back to Larry's room, put my mask on and put the glass cup down carefully. Then I violently shake him.

"Larry! Larry, we need to go now!!" He groggily opens his eyes and yawns. Before he properly wakes up, I tug him by his arm and pull him off his bed. He falls off, exposing his shirtless body and sweatpants. Wow, he's sexy. BUT NOW'S NOT THE TIME!! I shake my head and grab both of his arms, pulling him out of his room and out of his home. I shut the door behind me and pant. I look down at him and see that he fell back asleep. WHAT. THE. FUCK?!

{time skip!}

We are now in Sal's room. I'm pacing back and forth while Todd, Sal, and Larry all look at me. I stop and slump onto the ground, groaning. "Guys, I'm serious! I heard something and I know I'm not going crazy!" They raised an eyebrow. "It almost sounded like my dad..." This got their attention.

"Sal, do you still have the Super Gear Boy?" Sal looks at Todd and nods. "Where?"

"It's in my bathroom. I'll be back." While he gets that, Todd looks back at me.

"When did this start?" I look at him confused. "Hearing your 'dad', when did it start?"

"It started before Larry and I left for the dance. I was in his bathroom and I heard this, like, whispers. I didn't think highly of it, but now I'm scared!"

"Okay, if this is true and the Super Gear Boy still works, I think we can summon your 'dad'". I nod and look at Larry. His face is frozen. Todd waves a hand in front of his face. "You okay, Larry?"

"THAT THING'S IN MY HOUSE?!"

{another time skip!}

"You go, I'm too scared!" I push Sal closer to the closed bathroom door. Larry has his arms around my waist and Todd is, well, just standing there. Sal sighs and opens the door, entering the bathroom. We all watch with adrenaline pumping through my veins. The Super Gear Boy lights up and Sal presses a button. Then, a ghost appears almost like it's melting backwards. We all gasp as we see a man, who indeed looks like my dad. My eyes widen as he looks at me, smiling.

"Hello my lovely daughter! How are you?"

"I--what--oh no..." I then fall to the ground, fainting.
