**Hello! How have you guys been? Leave a comment. Lol. Anyways, on the side is a picture of Alora and Josh's mom Mary Devine. The actress I imagine her as is Ashley Judd. By the way, this is completely fictional and none of this has actual happened to my knowledge. I don't know the real names of Josh's parents or if he even has a sister. I just wanted to write this. On a lighter note, I hope you guys like chapter and sorry not sorry for the future plot twist and somewhat short chapters. Vote, comment, follow! I'm not going to update again until I have at least 300 reads and 30 votes! Thanks for your patience and make sure to tell your friends about this so you guys can get an early update. If I don't reach that goal than I will just update on Sunday but please help me reach that goal. Thanks again. Love you babes!**
"I'm far from perfect, Ashton." I scoff and look back at him. "I'm pregnant at 17 for Christ's sake." I say and try to blink back tears.
"How in the world is something like that an imperfection?" he asks in disbelief. "It's a human life and it's not even your fault that you are." He defends.
"I still am though. I'm pregnant at 17 and now I'm not going to go to college or probably even get married." I say and wipe under my eye right before a tear can fall.
"You will if you make yourself." He tells me and reaches over to me. I have to force myself to stand still as he holds my chin so that I am looking at him again. When I meet his hazel eyes, tears fall out of my eyes. "It will all be okay." He says and pulls me close to him so he can hug me. "It will all be okay in the end, and if it's not okay than it's not the end." He whispers to me. I turn my head into his neck as I let some tears fall. I inhale him as I sit there and almost smile at the smell that I haven't smelt in months. I pull away when the cab stops in front of the mall.
"Sorry." I say when I see the tear spots on his shirt. He chuckles and shrugs.
"Come on. Let's go shopping." I feign an excited voice before opening the taxi door and carefully step out into the cold London air. It was July when Josh came home and then brought me on tour with him. Now it's December and is freezing here. It always seems to be raining or snowing. Ashton steps out after me and grabs my arm to pull me back as multiple people shove their way past us. He holds me back for a second before his fingers intertwine with mine and he pulls me along as my heart skips a beat.
"Come on." He says and pulls me towards the entrance of a clothing store. We roam around shopping for a an hour before my stomach starts to growl. Ashton laughs at me but walks us to the food court. "What would you like?" he asks. I look around at my options and try not to throw up at most of them.
"Pizza." I finally decide and pull us over to Pizza Hut. We get a small pizza for the both of us before we walk over to an empty table. "Do you like touring so far?" I ask him in between bites of pizza.
"I love it. I can't believe that we're actually going to America!" he exclaims happily.
"Oh, no. When are you leaving?" I ask suddenly worried.
"In February. We're leaving before the tour actually starts so that we can record some music. We're releasing an album while we're in America. I am so excited. I didn't even think we would have fans here let alone in America, so far from home." He rants making me smile easily. It falters though when I think about the month they're leaving.
"I won't be able to come." I announce and his smile drops off of his face.
"Sure you will. Why wouldn't you?" he asks and continues eating his pizza but I have lost my appetite and push the plate away.
"I'm five months pregnant, Ashton. By February I'll be seven months and it won't be safe to travel." I tell him and have to blink away tears. He takes my hand in his before answering.
"Hey, we'll figure it out when we get there." He smile and pushes my plate back to me. "Eat."
"Oh my gosh! You're Ashton Irwin! Can I have a picture with you?" a girl suddenly stops at our table. She looks about 15 but the outfit she's wearing is screaming 'Slut!'. Ashton smiles and nods before standing and taking a picture with her. After she has probably 10 and a few autographs she lets him sit back down and continue eating.
"Sorry." He apologizes to me.
"It's fine. They're your fans." I give him a fake smile. We stay at the food court until we finish then go into a different store to buy some food before heading back out to catch a cab and ride home. "This was fun. I'm glad you came with me today. I don't think I would have been able to carry those bags."
"I would've murdered Josh if he let you." Ashton laughs as we pull up to the hotel. He helps me out and grabs all the bags as I pay the driver. We walk into the hotel just as the elevator doors are closing but I catch a glimpse of someone that makes my heart falter. My breathing stops and I freeze in the middle of the lobby when I catch the wink he throws at me before the elevator doors close all the way. Ashton continues walking until he notices that I stopped. "Hey, are you okay? You look like you've seen a ghost." He jokes. I snap out of my momentarily frozen state. It had to be someone else right?
"Yeah, I'm good." I lie and catch up with him as he steps into the elevator. The ride up is silent but when we are about to reach our floor, Ashton stops the elevator.
"What's wrong?" he asks and I look over to him in a panic.
"Right now? I'm in an elevator that you stopped with you." I say even though it doesn't make any sense. I try to reach over to get the elevator moving again but he blocks my path.
"We're not moving until you tell me what was up with you earlier." He states stubbornly as the walls seem to start closing in around me. Me breathing quickens as I lean against the wall and try to speak.
"Ashton," I breathe out with a pained expression. Worry takes over his features as he rushes over to me as the floor seems to tilt. Suddenly I am in his arms looking up at him but the walls are still closing in. "Claustrophobic." I breathe out and close my eyes to try and get ahold of myself. I can hear Ashton cursing himself before the elevator starts to move up again and in moments the doors are opened with a ding. I open my eyes with a sigh as fresh air flows into the elevator.
"I'm so sorry." He starts apologizing as he kneels in front of me. I wave him off though.
"It's fine. Just help me up." I say in a breathless voice. He nods and carefully helps me from the floor of the elevator to the hallway where I carefully slide to the floor again to catch my breath. Unfortunately that's when Luke decides to emerge from the room down the hallway. His eyes widen when he sees me on the floor and he rushes towards me. He kneels in front of me before touching the back of his hand to my forehead.
"What happened? Are you okay?" he asks in a loud, worried voice.
"Shut up!" I hiss at him. "I'm fine. I'm just claustrophobic and the elevator stopped on the way up." I tell him, making sure to leave out the part how it was Ashton's fault.
"You scared me when I saw you sitting out here." He admits as he sits next to me against the wall. Ashton comes out of the elevator with the last of our stuff that we bought today but freezes and pales when he sees Luke sitting beside me.
"Hey." He greets him nervously. "How're you feeling?" he asks me. I nod my head as I attempt to stand. Luke helps me from the floor and I shakily stand with his hands on my arms. I nod to him before I take a few steps. My knees are wobbly but I manage to get to the room okay.
"Hey I thought you had to- What happened?" Josh asks as Luke walks through the door first helping me follow him. He rushes over but I wave him away as Luke walks me to the couch. I sit down carefully before slowly move to lie down.
"The elevator stopped on our way up." I explained and he nods his head.
"How long were you stopped?" he inquires.
"I don't know. Ashton, how long did the elevator break down for?" I ask him. He looks over at me with a guilty look before making his face blank and answering.
"Only a few minutes, but she freaked out." he says as he goes to put all of the bags in my room. When he comes back he sits on the floor in front of the couch and takes my hand. Josh mumbles something about making some food before he disappears into the kitchen leaving me and Ashton alone. Luke left almost as soon as I was in the room.
"I'm sorry." He mumbles and puts his head down on the couch next to my hand that he was holding.
"It's okay. You didn't know." I say to him before yawning.
"I shouldn't have done that anyway." He mumbles. "It was a stupid. I shouldn't have forced you to tell me. It's your own business." He rambles.
"Ashton, its fine. You didn't know I was claustrophobic. It's not your fault." I tell him then yawn again.
"Do you want me to help you to your room?" he asks after he sniffles and pulls his head up. I nod my head and groggily start to sit up. He helps me to my feet and I stumble a bit before he steadies me and starts to lead me away. When we get there I want to sleep so badly I don't even want to change clothes I just stumble over to my bed and lie on my side. He pulls the covers over my body and is about to turn to leave but I stop him.
"Stay." I demand softly. He bites his lip but kicks off his shoes and takes off his shirt before pulling back the covers and climbing in next to me. He pulls me close to his body and I rest my head against his chest. I try to stay awake to listen to his breathing and heartbeat but my eyes are getting heavier.
"Go to sleep." He chuckles and brushes some hair away from my face. I nod my head to him and close my eyes. The last thing I feel is a kiss on my forehead before I am swept away into my dreams.
*Dream Starts*
"Happy Birthday!" is screamed at me as I walk through the door. I gasp in shock and open the door widely to find all of the boys in the hotel room. I smile as I look around. Balloons are floating up to the ceiling and there are streamers are wrapped around random things in the room.
"Oh my gosh, guys." I say in shock as I rest my hand on my belly. They all laugh at my reaction before they move forward to give me hugs. Ashton is the last one in line and hugs me tightly for a second before he pulls back and suddenly presses his lips to mine. My eyes widen as he dips me and my hands go to the back of his neck so I don't fall to the floor. When he finally sets me up right and stops kissing me, I am out of breath and everybody is clapping and cheering with smiles on their faces.
"Wow." Is all I say earning more laughter.
"I've been waiting to do that since I met you." Ashton admits with a dimpled smile. A knock sounds on the door and I turn around to answer it.
"I wasn't invited so I thought I would invite myself." A familiar slurred voice said when I opened the door. My face paled as I stare at my plastered father at the doorway.
"What are you doing here?!" Josh booms from behind me as I finally move and back away from the doorway quickly. I back into someone behind me and arms wrap around me protectively. My brother pushes my father out of the doorway and into the hallway before slamming the door behind him. I turn around to start sobbing into Ashton's chest as his arms tighten around me.
"Why is he here? Why can't he just leave me alone?" I sob into his chest.
"I don't know. I don't know. But he won't hurt you. I won't let him." He says in a comforting tone.
"Please go check on them." I pull away momentarily to ask the other boys through my sobs. I hear the door open again and shouts fill the room. I hear punches being thrown but I only sob harder into Ashton's chest. He finally starts to pull me into my room where everything is muffled but a pain in my stomach causes me to cry out. I pull away from Ashton as another pain goes through my stomach causing me to scream. When another pain goes through, I pass out.
*Dream Ends*
I wake up with a scream leaving my mouth until a hand covers it. I try to squirm away but their arms are holding me in place. When a searing pain goes through my body, I scream loudly.
"Alora?" Ashton's voice sounds worried as his hand is removed from my mouth and his arms unwrap from my body. He sits up next to me as I scream again and tears flow down my face. "Josh!" he screams and moments later my bedroom door slams open. I start sobbing uncontrollably as the pains continue.
"Oh my god!" Josh exclaims before lifting me from the bed. I scream out again but he doesn't put my down. "Ashton call 999!" he yells as he carries me as fast as he can out of my room.
"Stop! Please! It hurts!" I wail in agony.
"I know. I know. I'm so sorry, Alora. I'm sorry." He starts to cry. More pains go through my body and I scream even more until it's too much to take and I pass out.
.
.
When I wake up again, I am in the hospital. My heart rate monitor is beeping regularly and when I look around the room I find Ashton and Josh sleeping in the chairs they're sitting in. I have no idea how I got here or why I am here.
"Josh," I call in a drug laced voice. He stirs but doesn't wake up. "Josh." I call again as I start to get scared. His eyes flutter open momentarily and when his eyes meet mine he shoots into a sitting position making his chair scrap against the floor, making Ashton jump and wake up.
"How are you feeling?" Josh asks instantly and comes over to take my hand.
"What happened?" I ask in a scared voice.
"Ashton, you know more than I do." He says and motions for Ashton to fill me in. Ashton stands and comes over to sit on my hospital bed with me.
"I don't know much more than you do, Josh. She was just sleeping and the next thing I know she is screaming at the top of her lungs." He tells me in a scared voice. The door opening makes us all turn to find a doctor walking in. She looks at me with a look of pity and I instantly know something is wrong.
"Hello Alora. My name is Dr. Banks. When you were brought in the ambulance your brother explained that you seemed to be having pains in your stomach?" she forms a statement into a question. Suddenly everything floods back into my head and I cover my mouth with my hand.
"Is the baby okay?" I ask as I try to keep the tears away.
"I regret to inform you that you have had a miscarriage. I am sorry for the loss of your daughter." She says solemnly before leaving the room.
