Sorry it's been so long. Everything kind of sucks right now and I feel really bad about not posting this chapter for weeks if not months. I'm trying to write the sequel to this but this year has been really hard on me and I haven't been able to think of ideas for anything to right. Bear with me if you want but I won't judge you if you don't stay to finish this story... No one stays. Anyways, this isn't edited (when is it ever?). Enjoy.

It's been a week since Josh told me about our father being in the same hotel and I haven't stopped having nightmares since that night. Tonight I shoot up gasping for breath and waking up Ashton next to me.

"It's alright. You're safe." He automatically murmurs groggily. He pulls me to his chest and I grip his shirt tightly as I try to breathe evenly.

"I'm going to get some water. Go back to sleep." I tell him after I calm down. He nods his head and lies back down as I get out of the bed. I quietly take my phone from the dresser and go into the living area to call Luke.

"Hello?" He answers after three rings. His voice brings tears to my eyes and a lump to my throat.

"Hi Luke." I say swallowing the lump as a tear falls from my eye.

"Hey Alora! How is everything there? I haven't talked to you since I left!" He exclaims happily only making more tears fall; I don't want to ruin his happiness but I need to talk.

"Shitty." I answer and sniffle as I wipe my face.

"Don't cry. I'm not there, it's going to kill me. What's wrong?" He asks.

"Everything has gone downhill since... Since..." I stutter through tears. "And now I find out that he's here! He's on the same fucking floor as us Luke! And we can't do anything about it!" I cry trying to be quiet. He is silent for a few minutes.

"You need to get away from it all." He comments. "You should go somewhere with Josh or Ashton until the tour starts in America. Just to get your mind off things and so he won't know where you are." He suggests and I start to think about it as I stop crying. "You'd have to keep everything a secret. Hell, you could even tell people you're going somewhere else but you need to get away from all of the drama."

"Yeah. If I went with Ashton, he might be able to get some sleep." I say to him. I sit down on the couch and pull my knees to my chest. "But I don't know if Josh would be okay with that."

"How- uh..." He coughs. "How far have you two gone?" He asks awkwardly and I blush even though nobody is in the room.

"Not that." I say to him. "We almost did but he stopped us." I tell him and blush more. Luke may be my best friend but he's still a guy.

"He did?" He sounds shocked.

"Yeah. He didn't want anything to happen when Josh was in the other room. And he didn't want me to be afraid when it was happening. He wants me to be ready." I tell him as I roll my eyes and try to make my blush subside.

"Did you just roll your eyes?" he laughs into the phone making me chuckle. "Do you disagree with him about that?" he asks me making my laughter stop.

"Yes and no. I like that he wants to take care of me and he isn't going to push me to do something like that but I just... I wish that he would let something happen if I started it. I mean, I'll know when I'm ready and I feel like he'll even stop us then." I rant to him as I twirl my hair in thought.

"Tell him that. Tell him that you're ready whenever you are. Make sure he know that." Luke advises.

"I think that if Ashton and I went on this trip it would do us both some good." I tell him before randomly yawning.
