Chapter 3: Page 16

*Sonic was running through the city. He tries to find Knuckles and Tails to warn them. As he was running he bumps into another hedgehog, causing him to fall on his butt. The other hedgehog was Shadow, who tried to help Sonic up. Sonic avoided his hand and brings himself up*

Sonic: "What are you doing here?"

Shadow: "I was coming to see you. I have been lonely without you for  a few months."

Sonic: "I heard you tried to kill yourself because I broke up with you."

Shadow: "Oh, you heard that?"

Sonic: "Shadow, why did you tried to do that to yourself?"

Shadow: "I love you, Sonic. I want you to take me back."

Sonic: "I don't know if I can. After the times you've put Sonikku in danger, I don't know if it's even safe for her to be around you. Also, after you left Shady alone I also don't know if he's even safe around you."

Shadow: "I can do better. Please, I won't put them in danger like I did anymore. I miss them, I miss you. Please Sonic. Give me another chances."

Sonic: "I still don't know. I'm just so worried about Sonikku. She's turning out like you."

Shadow: "Like me? How so?"

Sonic: "Earlier today, I caught her talking to Takara about going out to fight someone. Our friends are being kidnapped by someone. We don't know who is doing this. All we know now is Silver, Blaze, and Rouge have been taken."

Shadow: "Rouge? But I was just with her."

*Shadow then started to have a realization*

Shadow: "Sonic, earlier today I left Rouge behind trying to find you. I heard her screaming for me, but I ignored it."

Sonic: "Why?"

Shadow: "I asked her to help me win you back. She refused to, and so I thought it was a waste, and she would try to talk me out of it. I was determined. I wish I had went back to see if she was okay. Maybe I could've seen the kidnapper."

Sonic: "I can't believe this. Shadow, would you like to help me find this kidnapper, and save our friends?"

Shadow: "Sure. We shouldn't waste time."

Sonic: "But first, let's warn Knuckles and Tails of this."

Shadow: "Let's go."

                                                                         With Amy

*Amy was in her house, which she hadn't been in for a while since she moved in with Rookie. She couldn't live in Rookie's apartment. It brought too many memories. Knuckles was in the living room floor playing with Elena. Since it had been 10 months, during that time Elena has learned to sit and crawl. She can even hold the bottles by herself, and even say a few words*

Knuckles: "You are such a good baby, yes you are."

Elena: "Haha, Knu-ckles."

Knuckles: "Yeah, that's right. Knuckles. I'm Knuckles. Now say Rookie."

Elena: "Knuckles."

*Amy walks in*

Amy: "Elena has really learned a lot, hasn't she?"

Knuckles: "Yeah, she has. I'm trying to get her to say Rookie, but she keeps saying my name."

Amy: "You know, she doesn't have to say Rookie. She could say daddy."
