Chapter 2 Page 1: Scourge's Return

                                                                                At Green Hill

*Sonic and Shadow were sitting on the cliff side, looking at the beautiful night sky*

Sonic: "It's such a beautiful night."

Shadow: "It sure is."

*The two hedgehogs were just cuddling with each other until something came up in Shadow's mind*

Shadow: "Hey Sonic."

Sonic: "Yes Shadow."

Shadow: "I have just thought of this and I just wanted to know...are you scared?"

*Sonic looks at Shadow with confusion*

Sonic: "What do you mean scared?"

Shadow: "You know, scared about Scourge returning."

Sonic: "That's impossible, he's dead."

Shadow: "Sonic, remember back at the hospital, after you gave birth, I never said Scourge was dead. I told Knuckles that we won't be seeing him for awhile."

Sonic: "So you mean, Scourge might return?"

Shadow: "Yeah, and if he does he might hurt our baby."

*Sonic puts his hand on Shadow's shoulder to comfort him*

Sonic: "Shadow, don't think things like that. We won't let Scourge hurt our child, I won't let Scourge hurt our child."

*Shadow looks down*

Shadow: "I know, but he might be a lot stronger than before we last saw him."

Sonic: "And that doesn't matter, we still won't let him touch our child."

*Shadow looks back up at Sonic*

Shadow: *sighs* "You're right, I don't know why I was even worried."

Sonic: "That's my brave, edgy lover."

*The two hedgehogs kiss*

                                                                              At Shadow's house

*Knuckles and Tails were searching the house, then when Knuckles goes down on his hands and knees a blue hedgehog with black stripes jumps on him*

?????: "I got you."

Knuckles: "There you are. Tails I found her."

*Tails walks in the living*

Tails: "Sonikuu, you shouldn't sneak up on people like that."

Sonikku: "I'm sorry, I just wanted to play."

Tails: "I know, but your dads will be home any minute now. Huh, that feels weird to say."
