"Toni, Kenny asked me about you the other day."
"He did?" She asked more excited than she intended. Tamar raised her brow,
"Yes, he did, why did you say it like that?"
She shrugged, "Just shocked that's all." Tamar rolled her eyes. The two of them were at Tamar's house just catching up and having a few drinks.
"You guys must be arguing again." That's what they do all the time and it's always been like that. The two of them start getting into their little arguments and stop talking, an argument about a simple thing. Then they meet up at an event and act like nothing happens.
"Why are you in our business?"
"Don't worry, I know... he said you started it."
"I didn't!"
"Yes, you did."
"You're going to believe him over me?" Toni scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"Yes."
"I'm your sister, and what exactly did he say?"
"You should know, you started it." Tamar smartly said and Toni rolled her eyes again.
"Okay, smarty."
"You got jealous over him."
"When?" Toni said in a high-pitched tone and Tamar chuckled.
"From what Kenny told me, he was talking to a woman, and after you said that you wanted to go home. I don't know what you guys were doing anyway."
"First of all we were at dinner, as friends, and she was just all over him." She shrugged and Tamar shook her head.
"You both like each other but you guys are just scared to say it. I just don't understand."
"Please, Tamar."
"I'm being serious."
"Me too. I don't like Kenny, never have, never will."
"Don't lie, you know that's a sin."
"Why do you want Kenny and I together so bad?"
"Well, Peyton likes you, you guys have good chemistry, y'all basically fuck each other on stage, Nicole and him are divorced, the fans want y'all together, you guys would make cute—" Toni waved her hands in the air and babbled.
"Laaaa laaaa laaa."
"So get with him."
"You know what Tay, I just might." She joked and Tamar's eyes lit up.
"Are you being serious?"
"Hell no, Kenny just went through a divorce and he's like a big brother to me."
