You're Beautiful

Can was sitting again in front of the Christmas Tree which he got used to doing this past few weeks..

It saddens him that he wasn't able to do the decoration as when he and Tin arrived at home after staying a week long at the hospital it was already furnished with ornaments...

Can pouted..
"Maybe you too should get a sideline",
he told the two guards who were drinking coffee with him..

"You decorate neatly.." Can continued...

"Cantaloupe, finish your food."
Tin just came from the veranda after taking an important call..

"I'm full.."
Can smiled then took a sip of his coffee while watching the christmas lights glisten.

They had a light meal while waiting for christmas..

Tin sighed..
After the incident with Tul, Can became restless, always having nightmares and he eats less than normal..
He also avoids any body contact..

He wanted to get him help but Can declined,
always saying he was okay.

He definitely is getting worried, but he knows Can..
He survives anything and he is willing to support everthing he wants to do next...

Tin approached his lover and hugged him from behind.. He can feel he was startled but tried to remain calm..

"Hey.. It's me.."
Tin whispered in his ears..
"I promise you."
"He will never hurt you again."
"I'll make sure of that." then he kissed the smaller man's head..

Can put down his mug on the table and rested his head on Tin's arm.."Sorry for being so prickly these past few days.."

Tin didn't say a word but he breathe in smelling Cans hair... "Hmmmmmmm"

"What?"
Can said starting to get conscious of himself..

"Let's take a bath Can.."
Tin gently whispered in his ear..

"Tin, it's just an hour away from christmas.. can I take a bath later please.." Can pleaded.

Tin said earlier he would support Can,
He lied.. he would but that doesn't include his hygiene..

"Nope, You must take a bath before christmas come on!" Tin pulled him.

"Do I really smile that bad?"
Can asked shyly..

"A little bit Can.. You smell more like a durian now.." then Tin laughed..

"You're crazy",
Can pouted..

Then Tin lifted him like a sack of sand and carried him on his shoulder..

"Put me down.. I can walk Tin",
Can was shrieking.

"No baby, I'll carry you like Jane.. Cause I'm your Tarzan.." Tin said immitating the king of the jungle..

Tin only dropped him when they were inside the bathroom..

"I can take a bath myself Tin.."
Can said gently..

"And I can't.."
Tin said teasing..

"You're so funny."
Can said not laughing.

Tin walked towards him ready to remove his shirt.. but Can hugged himself..

"Cantaloupe..."
Tin softly called him..

Can tucked his shirt.. not wanting Tin to see what's underneath..

"Yo.. u ca... nt..."
Can was stuttering..

Tin looked at Can assuringly.
Tin knows,
Can is insecure because of his scars..

"Damn you Tul",
Tin cursed him in his mind recalling what he had done..

"It's okay Can.."
"You're beautiful as you are.."
Tin now is in front of him..

He tugged the hem of Can's shirt and slowly lifted it upwards..

Can closed his eyes as he didn't want to see his lovers face once he gazes at his bitemarks..

Tin removed his shirt and sucked his breath..
He was right..
The bitemarks are still there and they are like tattoos on Can's skin..

With a trembling hand,
Tin touched every scars on Can's body..

Can just kept his eyes closed..
"They're ugly Tin.."
He whispered in disgust as they are markings of a past he wanted to forget..

Tin crossed their distance and Can stiffened when he felt his lips touching and kissing his scars..

"These scars will not remain forever Can.."
"They will fade away as your fears disappears and when that happens, I'll still be here for you..."
Tin lovingly whispered..

"I was afraid that you won't like me anymore Tin.."
Can said in all honesty..

Tin straigthened up then stared at the small man.
With full of love and passion in his eyes he told Can about how he really felt..

"You are beautiful Cantaloupe.."
"I loved you first not because of how you looked.."

He then took Can's hand and put it in his chest..
"This heart only beats for you Can.."
"You made me realize what love is.."
"You gave me the reason to live and trust again.."
"So I forbid you from thinking that you are alone.."
"Coz no matter how you will look.."
"I would always feel the same for you.."

"Oh Tin.."
Can exclaimed with tears slowly falling down his cheeks.

He held Tin's face with both hands and kissed him full in the mouth..

They were whispering "I love you", in between their kisses and kept assuring each other that they will stay together.

After their hot kisses, they deeply stared at each others, both face flushed with heightened emotion..

"Merry Christmas..."
They both said at the same time and laughed..

"Well, it's weird to spend Christmas at the bathroom.." Tin said, "Want to do a quickie, then go out after?" He asked Can.

Can gently slapped his shoulder,
"You know I don't like quickies Tin".

Tin laughed,
"No.. Silly, I was referring about a bath.. then we will go out after to celebrate Christmas with the two.."

"Ohhhh.. I get it.."
Can said laughing at himself.

"Come on, let me shampoo your hair first my Smelly fruity baby.." Tin said giving small kisses on the others face..

"I love you Tin.."
Can said and pulled the tall man in an embrace..

"And I do too.."
Tin hugged back and smiled..

After taking a shower,
they looked at the watch and they still have fifteen minutes before Christmas so they went outside and waited for the clock to tick twelve..

The couple who were in an embrace and the two men in black stood at the veranda while watching the city lights mixed with the sparkles of litted fireworks that looks like thousands of fireflies in the sky.
