Nashi's POV
I bursted through the guild hall doors, "We're back!" My exceed, Plum, shouted. Plum is my best friend and partner. We do everything together.
I even hatched Plum myself. Plum was a plum color with a white belly, her round blue eyes sparkled. Her long lashes were evident every time she blinked. She wore a red and purple school girl skirt, with a white tuck in collard shirt, which was finished off by a red and purple tie. "No one cares Nashi." Sylvia said quietly. "You wanna go rain woman?" I threatened. "Knock it off." A red haired boy said sternly, making the entire guild shiver. "Any luck on your mission?" Another red head said. "No. I couldn't find either of them." I said, disappointment laced through my voice. "Hey cheer up Nash, I'm sure you'll find them one day and then we'll all celebrate with lots of strawberry cake." Rosemary said cheerfully. She's right, I have to stay positive if I ever wanna find them. I nodded and plastered on my signature grin, I got it from my dad.
No one's POV
"Attention! Listen up you brats!" Co- master Laxus announces. "We have important news." Said Co-master Mira. Yup, Mira and Laxus decided they'd run this guild together after they had Nova. Before, it was just Laxus. But now they work happily together, side by side. Nashi focuses her attention on both masters. What could this be about? "There's a very important job that needs done. So important and so dangerous that multiple wizards must be sent." Laxus told everyone. "Ooo that dangerous? Sounds like fun to me." Nashi whispered to herself. She began jumping up and down raising her hand. "I wanna go! I wanna go!" She cheered. "Would you please shut up you pyro." Sylvia hissed at the jumping pinkette. "Shut it water freak!" Nashi spit back. Sylvia was about to make her way over to Nashi when suddenly they're both being lifted in the air. Storm is holding up his little sister while Reiki is holding back Nashi. "Cut it out you two." Reiki demands. "Yes sir." They bout whisper.
After placing them both down, Mira continues. "The group of wizards going on this mission, have already been picked out." Mira announces. "That group is, Gale Redfox, Reiki Fernandes, Storm Fullbuster, and Nashi Dragneel." Mira list off. Immediately Nashi starts cheering. "Cmon Plum let's go pack and get ready for this adventure!" The pep in her voice caused Sylvia to roll her eyes. "Aye sir!" Plum cheered along. They quickly zoomed out of the guild hall. "Those idiots don't even know what the mission is." Sylvia spoke. "That's Nashi for you." Storm replied.
"On this mission you will face a demon." Laxus announces. Gasp were heard throughout the guild. "Kind of like when our parents had to face demons from the book of Zeref?" Rin, who showed up not too long ago, asked. "Not exactly. Recently, random demon-like creatures have been showing up. None have caused any harm yet. Except this one of course." Mira explains. "They haven't caused any harm? That's strange." Storm whispered to himself. "Your mission starts tomorrow." Laxus says. "That is all." He finishes off.
