Chapter 11: Kurai bi vs One

Kurai bi's POV
(while Rosemary is fighting Zero)

"Kurai bi. I never expected to have to fight you." The metal machine approached.

"It'll be just like when I was younger. You were the one to train me, right? This'll be no different." I spoke.

I was all too familiar with all of these machines. I knew all their strengths, and their weaknesses. But, I also grew up with them. Machine or not, they were my friends when I was young.

"This will be very different, Kurai bi." One spoke.

"And why is that?" I asked.

"Because unlike before, this time I have to kill you." He said.

He's a machine, a program. He's programmed to kill me now. And although that hurt. There was nothing I could do except fight.

"We gonna fight or what?" I spoke up.

"Shadow god slayer! Bellow!" A swirl of shadow magic pushed onto the machine.

When it cleared up, you could see... he didn't move an inch.

"Cmon Kurai bi. I trained you much better than this." He spoke.

"Shadow god slayer! Dark fist!" One shouted, charging at me, connecting his fist to my jaw.

I was sent flying back and onto the ground.

Ouch.

I gotta find his fuse and blow it. That'll cut off his ability to use magic.

"Shadow god slayer! Slash!" I raced towards him, slashing all around his mechanical body.

Hopefully I got the fuse.

"I'm not sure what you were attempting Kurai bi, but it did not work. Shadow god slayer! Arrows!"

Damnit!

A line of dark arrows shot at me, I managed to dodge a few but three did hit me.

Two in my stomach and one in my right shoulder.

The dark dissolved into my body, causing the pain to circuit through me.

"Agh!" I screamed out.

"I'm disappointed Kurai bi." He spoke.

"I suppose it's time to end this. Goodbye Kurai bi." He said, raising his fist up.

No! It can't end! Not like this!

Think! Think!

Where is his fuse?

His back! It's gotta be there!

As his fist came crashing down, I made sure to block. "Shadow god slayer, Dark Shield."

The shield not only protects me, but it sends him flying backwards.

"Shadow god slayer! Bellow!" I shout. The dark shadow blocks vision of him.

But, I have to find my way to his back.

I feel around, I feel him.

His back! Yes!

Wires. Wires.

Ugh, where are they?!

The shadow was almost cleared up.

"Hey! I can feel you! Tricking isn't an honorable way of fighting Kurai bi! I've taught you this!" He said, slinging me away from him with his arm.

I went flying in the air but I managed to land on my feet.

Damn! So close.

"So it's my fuse you're after. Afraid you can't beat me with my magic?" One spoke.

"My magic, you mean." I responded.

"Shadow god slayer! Dark fist!" We both yelled, charging towards each other.

That wasn't smart.

Ow!

Great now my fist and face both hurt.

"Give up Kurai bi. You cannot win." He spoke, making his way over to me. He hovered over me.

"It's over." He said.

I was beginning to think that, until I saw plum above me. I thought she was helping Nashi?

I got an idea!

I looked up at Plum.

"Plum!" I shouted, getting her attention.

She swooped down to come and help.

"His back Plum! His back! Pull the wires!" I yelled.

One, slowly turned around to see a flying plum cat rocketing at his face.

"Oh shit." One muttered.

Plum landed on his face, after coming down at a super speed.

I was hoping she'd get his back but this is fine too.

While being distracted by a plum colored cat on his metal face, I got up and ran to his back.

I saw all his wires. Not sure which one is the one to turn off his magic. So, I'll just yank em all.

Once I pulled them all, Plum flew off his face.

"Kurai bi. This isn't how you win a fight. I am disappointed." He spoke before falling onto his back.

"Goodbye. One." I whispered.

"Woo!" Plum cheered. I high-five her.

I tried my best with making up some of her spells. Cause in all honesty I'm not sure what they'd actually be. So, just go with it. <3
