Chapter 8: I Dont Kill, but I Do Get Payback

Storm, Nashi and Sylvia's team
(During Gale and Kurai bi's fight)

"This place is so creepy." Sylvia spoke. "Pfft. Scaredy-cat." Nashi whispered. "What was that? You wanna say that a little louder flame brain?" Sylvia hissed.

"You two seriously can't go two second without butting heads, can you?" Storm interjected.

"This is your fault y'know." Nashi said.

"Mine? How is it my fault?" Storm defended. "If you hadn't come up with the great idea of putting us together, we wouldn't be arguing." Nashi pointed out.

"She's got a point y'know." Plum chimed in.

"For once Sylvia agrees with the pyro." Sylvia spoke.

"Well excuse me for wanting to make sure my little sister is safe-." He was cut off by a bright blue, bullet shaped light flying past his face.

All of them turned around to see guards. But, this time the guards had weapons. Magic guns. They shoot out magic bullets, they hurt like hell too.

"Finally! I get to pound someone's face in!" Nashi said excitedly.

"Fire dragon iron fist!" She leaped into the air and swiftly punched a guard in the face.

Dropping the gun, Nashi kicked it out of his reach.

"Ice demon zero destruction!" Storm joined in on the fight.

"Water jigsaw!" Sylvia shouted and watched as her magic took out multiple men.

They kept fighting, until all guards were down.

Or so they thought.

There must've of been someone from a distance, getting prepared to shoot. Because once all guards were down, multiple magic bullets were shot at Nashi.

But Nashi wasn't hit.

Sylvia pushed Nashi out of danger, causing herself to get hit by four bullets in her right shoulder.

"Sylvia!" Storm and Nashi both shouted.

Storm instantly ran to Sylvia's side.

Nashi was angry.

Her and Sylvia most definitely didn't get along. They fought all the time. They annoyed each other. But at the end of the day, they came from the same guild. The same family. Which means they cared about each other deeply. And seeing someone she cares about hurt, didn't sit well with Nashi.

Nashi looked around until she spotted a guard holding a magic gun, he was on the second floor. "Plum!" Nashi shouted and pointed up. "Aye!" Immediately Plum flew towards Nashi, lifting her up onto the second floor.

The guard began to aim but Nashi grabbed the gun and tossed it over the balcony and onto the first floor.

"You Akuma people really love to piss me off, huh." Nashi said, anger evident in her voice.

Her hand was now engulfed in flames.

"You just hurt someone I care about. You're gonna pay. You're gonna wish you never learned how to work that damn gun!" Nashi ranted.

The guard fell onto his butt and started crawling backwards.

"No. No I'm sorry. Please don't!" The guard pleaded.

"Fire dragon! Roar!" This roar wasn't like her usual ones. This one was packed with anger and emotions. Packed power.

So much power, that by the time she was done roaring, a giant hole was burned through the second and first floor.

But, the man was still on the second floor, shaking, trembling in fear.

"I'm not like you guys. I don't kill." Nashi said lifting them man up by his shirt collar.

She missed on purpose.

"But I do get pay back!" She yelled.

"Fire dragon! Iron fist!" She shouted and sent the man flying through the walls.
Plum then flew her back onto the first floor.

"Guys!" A familiar voice shouted.

Then Gale and Kurai bi came into sight.

"Ha! I knew if we followed the sound of things being destroyed we'd find Nashi." Gale said.

"What is it? Did you find something? Wait. What the hell are you doing with scary whip lady?" Nashi lit up her hand again just in case she needed to take her out.

"Don't worry. She's with us now." Gale said. Kurai bi smiled at him.

Kurai bi walked forward. "I'd like to apologize. Especially to you Nashi. I'm sorry for beating you with the whip, and for capturing you guys in the first place, and I'm extremely sorry for releasing demons. It was wrong. I just thought it was right because that's what I was raised to think. I'm not trying to make excuses, but I do hope you can forgive me."

They all blinked.

"Apology accepted!" Nashi grinned.

"Yeah, it's all good." Storm agreed.

Kurai bi was surprised at their forgiveness. Especially since it was so fast.

They all looked towards Sylvia. "What happened? Is she okay?" Gale asked.

"Sylvia is fine. Did you get any useful information?" Sylvia asked.

"Uh. Yeah. Kurai bi knows when and where it's all happening." Gale told them.

"Great. Then let's find the others and get out of here." Nashi said.
