Chapter 5: Torture Time

Back at the Guild Hall

Everyone was growing worried. They had gotten a message from Reiki on his portable lacrima, he said they were on their way back. But, it's been a total of nine hours and still nothing. "They should've been back three hours ago." Laxus whispered to himself, growing frustrated. "They're with Reiki, I'm sure they're fine, right?" Rin asked hopefully. "Mom is pretty worried, and in all honesty, Sylvia is too." Sylvia spoke. "Dads a little shaken too but he says he has too much faith in them to be worried sick." Rin added. "Maybe we should send some people, to check on them." Rosemary suggested. "They're not answering their lacrima's so I suppose that's the best chance we've got." Laxus didn't wanna have to send more wizards, but he knew he had to. "Rosemary, Sylvia, Rin, Luke and um..." Laxus paused. He then looked over to a certain blonde who wasn't paying attention, instead she had her headphones on. "And Nova, go look for them." Laxus continued. "Why me?" Nova questioned. "Because, you're the only other s-class wizard and we need someone who can protect the group if need be." Laxus explained.

Earning him a groan from his daughter. "Fine. Let's go." She got up and walked out the doors. Immediately everyone else who was listed followed her.

"You think they're gonna be okay?" Sylvia asked quietly. Luke placed his hand on her shoulder, "I'm sure they're fine, maybe they just took a break half way." Luke tried his best to reassure her. "For three hours?" Sylvia countered. Okay she got him there. "Look, I'm trying my best to comfort you, but you have to have a little faith, okay." Luke replied. Sylvia nodded. "Okay."

Team Nashi

Bang!

"Would you stop that!" Gale shouted. "It didn't work the first fifty times you tried breaking through the bars with your body, it's not going to work the fifty-first time either." Gale continued.

Currently, Nashi, Storm, Reiki, Gale and Plum were locked inside a cell. Cuffs were slapped onto their wrist, these cuffs made it impossible for them to use their magic. "At least I'm trying to get us out, all you've been doing is sitting around." Nashi replied. "Both of you shut up!" The sternness in Reiki's voice made them go silent. "We need to come up with a way to get out of here." Storm spoke. "Aye." Plum agreed.

"Don't bother." A familiar female voice said. Reiki stood up off the ground. "Name?" He asked. "Is that important?" She asked. "Name?" He stuck to his question.
She chuckled. "If you must know, the names Joō Aku no." She finally told us. "So that's why they call you queen, huh?" Reiki said. "Precisely." She smirked.

"I have to get back to my wonderful plan but don't worry, my comrade will take good care of you all." She spoke. "Kurai bi!" Joō Aku no shouted.

In came a girl, around their age. She had black hair, which was tied into two ponytails, she had bangs as well. Her sparkly blue eyes pierced through each of them. She wore a black sleeveless top, which was held up by two thick black and red straps that connected to a black chocker. Dangling from the chocker was a red jewel. Her pants were black and leather while her boots were black and had a bit of a heel to them. She wore cuffed metal-like bracelets on both wrist.

"Kurai bi dear, would you please take care of our guest?" She asked, even though it wasn't really a question. "Loved too." The girl spoke with a smirk played on her lips. The cell opened and she walked in.

Connected to her pants was a black whip they hadn't noticed til now. The whip was now in her hand. "Hm which one of you seems more fun to play with." Her eyes roamed until she stopped on Nashi.

"You." She smirked. "No, don't!" Storm yelled. This made Kurai bi's smirk grow. "Well since you seem so fond of pinky over here, how about we have double the fun. You can be tortured with her." She suggested.

"When we get out of these cuffs, it's over for you and your entire dark guild." Reiki threatened.

Her eyes landed on him and she walked closer to Reiki. "I'd watch what you say red, cause' as far as I'm concerned, you're still in those cuffs. I'm the one in charge here." She barked.

Team Nova

"They're not here." Luke sighed. They were currently at the train station searching for the others, but they found no one.

"Guys!" A voice yelled, running towards them. "Sylvia couldn't find any of them, so she started asking around and this lady told her about a train being infiltrated. Sylvia thinks maybe they were on that train." Sylvia told them.

"If that's the case then someone must've taken them." Luke said. "Which means they're in danger." Rin added.

"We should call co-master Laxus." Rosemary said. "No." Nova, who had been silent the entire time, spoke up. "I came with you guys to make sure you didn't get in any danger, as far as I'm concerned I'm good enough to protect all four of you." She spoke.

"What's your point?" Rosemary asked. "My point is, we should just go get them ourselves." Nova suggested. "If they are in danger, that would be much quicker then waiting around for backup." Rin said.

"Sylvia doesn't know about this." Sylvia spoke. "It's risky." Luke added.

"No. Absolutely not! Too dangerous." Rosemary said.

"As far as I'm concerned, you're not in charge here Rosemary, I am. So we're going. Wether you like it or not." Novas became slightly stern. Even a stern Nova couldn't make Rosemary shake or even show any sign of fear. "If co-master Laxus finds out, you take all the blame, got it?" Rosemary said. "Whatever. I can handle the old geezer. For now we gotta find out if anyone saw what direction they were taken in." Nova said.

So, they started asking around. Most people saw nothing. But some people swear they saw people in dark purple robes heading right and into some wooded area. So, that's exactly where they went.
