Chapter 11

Who is Dominika?

I was at Eddie and Aleks' apartment sleeping over. I was in Aleks bed and he was at his desk editing. Amy went to California for two weeks and I decided to stay at Eddie and Aleks' place, of course. Aleks is so nice and he's adorable and funny. He likes to call us best friends with non-sexual benefits which is absolutely ridiculous.

"What should I film now?" Aleks asked me.

"Why do you have to film? It's two am in the morning!" I groaned.

"Once I've recorded at five am to three pm."

"The hell? Why?"

"Don't know. Felt like it."

"Why do you just, wing things, Aleks?"

"Don't know. I like to be organized but it fails fast." He says and I nod. His phone buzzes and he reaches for it.

"My god, shut the fuck up." He groans.

"Who is it?"

"Dominika, she's my really good friend from highschool."

"Oh." I was hit by jealousy. Aleks and I aren't anything, I know I shouldn't be jealous. But I am.

"She lives in Massachusetts."

"Oh."

"Are you jealous?"

"No way." I say but I know he knows I'm jealous.

"Your my best friend. The only one I have non-sexual benefits with."

"Why not just benefits?"

"You want to have sex? Uh,"

"No! Why do you have to call it non-sexual benefits?"

"Because we haven't had sex yet." He smirks.

"Your disgusting, I just met you at RTX and it's not even a week past that!"

"I'm joking. I don't want to have sex with you I just met you." He smiles and I feel jealous again. He just met me. What if he likes Dominika? He's known her since highschool.

"But I feel like I've known you my whole life." He said as he laid down next to me.

"What do you think of marriage?" I said randomly.

"Marriage? Well one day I would love to get married to my soulmate I intend to find and hopefully have a child or two."

"I want to find my match and I want him to propose and I want two kids."

"Well you'll find the match someday." Ouch.

"Have you ever thought about the person your going to marry is already alive, you could of met them or not, you could of seen them one time in your life already or maybe you are best friends with them?" I hoped he would catch on that I want to date him.

"Yeah, it's pretty weird. I can't wait to find my soulmate." Ouch.

"Well alright, goodnight Aleks. I love you." I said.

"You love me?"

"I said I love you? Oh, must of been a mistake." I lied. I wanted him to say I love you too.

"Well, even if you don't love me, I love you." Aleks says as I drift to sleep, pleased with his answer.

I wake up and notice Aleks isn't next to me. I kick the covers off of me and head to the kitchen, and see Aleks cooking coffee. I look at the time and notice it's eleven. That's surprising because I went to bed at three.

"Morning sleepy head."

"Good morning."

"How you feeling?"

"Good, tired and hungry."

"You can cook if you want because I don't know how to cook. Eddie went to the creature house but I stayed behind to watch you." He smiled.

"I'll make pancakes." I opened the pantry and thankfully see pancake/waffle mix. I make pancakes for Aleks and I and start to eat mine.

"Ooh yum." He sits next to me and eats his pancakes within minutes.

"The fuck? How did you eat so fast?"

"I'm hungry." He smiled and kissed my forehead.

Couldn't he just make it official already? I sigh.

"What's up?"

"Nothing."

"Hi guys!" Em greeted us at the creature house.

"Hi Em. Hey, Mars I'm gonna go join creature talk so I'll tell you when I'm done." Aleks says and I nod and run upstairs with Em.

"Did you guys make it official yet?" Em asks as soon as we are in her room.

"No." I sigh. "Why can't he just make it official? I mean, I love him. We have kissed. Is there something, holding him back from becoming more with me?" My eyes water but I try my best to hold it back.

"Aww! I know he will come out soon and admit his love. It's okay Mars."

Aleks

I was eavesdropping on Mars and Em. I had to know if she liked me or not. The thing was, I feel things for Dominika.

"No." Mars sighs. "Why can't he just make it official? I mean, I love him. We have kissed. Is there something, holding him back from becoming more with me?"

"Yes." I whisper quietly and go downstairs. Fuck my life. I have to decide on Dominika or Mars. Domi or Mars. My crush from highschool or my best friend. Dominika or Mariana? I sigh and walk into the kitchen.

"Hey Aleks is here! Where the fuck have you been?"

"Hey guys! Sorry, I'm late." I plaster a fake smile on my face.

Hey guys! Felt like it was a good time to end it off. Don't worry, there will be TWO chapters this week since this is short. Love you all. I was going to do double update Sunday but now it's Sunday and I don't think the second chapter will be ready. This is obviously up on Sunday but the next one is sometime this week <3
