About 2 minutes into the ride, I ask the obvious. "Where are we going?"
"First to get some food, and then ice cream. I've been craving some Rocky Rode." I just look at him with a small smile.
He finally glances at me from my silence, before quickly looking back at the road. "What? Did you not want to? Sorry I just thought all girls like ice cream. I guess that's on me. Well what do-" I stop his cute rambling by laughing.
"No I love ice cream. I was just wondering where are we going to eat and get ice cream?" His face grows a smile and he glances at me. "Just enjoy the ride, Princess."
Ten minutes later we arrive at a nice, and comfy looking diner. He stops the car and rushes over to unlock my door. I smile at him and mutter a quick "thanks" while he just smiles and places his hand at the small of my back.
We walk into the diner with only a hand full of people in it.
We walk and sit at a booth, and immediately I see a girl who is eyeing Jordan.
She has long bleach blond hair, that is obviously died. Her eyebrows and roots are black. Her eyes are an extremely bright blue. She looks about 5'7 and has makeup caked on her face.
He pays this no mind as he picks up the menu already laying on the table. The girl is unbuttoning 2 of her buttons and pushing her boobs up so they are almost out of her shirt. I don't know why, she already has watermelons. She smiles and then walks over to us.
While I'm watching her, Jordan is staring at me. He raises one eyebrow and scans my face. "What's wrong, Princess?" I don't get to answer because the blonde is now at our table.
"Hi. My name is Ciara, and I'll be your waitress for tonight. Is there anything I can get you?" There was no ignoring the double meaning in her sentence. The only person she is looking at is Jordan. You can tell she's irritated because Jordan hasn't stopped looking at me.
I put my head down and he sighs before looking up at her. "Yea can I have a cheeseburger, no pickles, with a caramel milkshake." When he says that I look up to see him smiling at me. I roll my eyes with a small smile without looking at a waitress. "I'll have the same but with extra pickles and a vanilla milkshake."
"Then it's not the same thing." I look up at the waitress who has a glare on her face.
"Excuse me whoever the hell you are, but just because you tried to look more like a slut to get his attention and it didn't work, doesn't mean you can just act like a bitch towards me. And technically it is the same thing because it's the same type of food and beverage. Now duces Queen B, go hoe around somewhere else." She glares at me while walking off. I avoid looking at Jordan because of my little outburst.
He tilts my chin up to look at him. I look up to see him smiling. "Feisty. I like it."
After that, it was problem free. The waitress got my order right. Although she did try to flirt with Jordan, he looked her square in the eyes and told her off.
"You're probably just looking for a good time. But even if you didn't I wouldn't care. No matter how much makeup and breast implants you have, it's not going to make people like you. Besides, my girlfriend is prettier than you."
After that he turned back to his food and continued eating like nothing ever happened. I blushed and just kept eating. After that she left us alone.
After he paid—I tried to pay but he wouldn't let me—we walked across the street to get ice cream. I got cookie dough, while he got rocky rode. We were quiet on the way to his house, and it was comfortable until we pulled up. Then, the tension was undeniable. He looked at me and sighed.
