Every since I told Jordan about my cousin, he's been pacing around the room trying to calm down. What really scared me is how his eyes turned black when I told him about my cousin. He looked pissed

Jordan's POV:
It look everything in me not to go find this dude and rip his ribs out his body and beat him with them. When Kierra told me about her past, she was unfocused almost so she didn't see how I was literally shaking from anger.

Because I was holding her and she was crying afterwards is the only thing that kept me from exploding. Holding in my anger is never good because it builds up.

"Jordan", Kierra whispering my name brought me out of my thoughts. The look she was giving me is heated and I realize it's because I'm only wearing black boxer briefs. I try my best to clear my head, but for some reason It's not working. My anger from yesterday is slowing building back up and I feel like I'm fixing to explode.

"I gotta go." I can't hold it in anymore. My anger is taking over. Every since my father, I've had anger problems. I quickly put my sweat pants, shirt, and shoes on. I go over to Kierra and try to ignore the confused look on her face, and kiss her lips before going to the window.

Before she can react I jump out and reach for the tree branch I used to climb up here on, before jumping down again. I walk down the street and try to let nature call me down. I know it's pointless though. Only Kierra and boxing calms me down and I don't want Kierra to witness my anger. To the gym I go.

Kierra's POV:
I try to ignore the hurt that rushes through me when Jordan just leaves. I shouldn't have told him, but I felt like I could trust him. Maybe he just wanted some space.

To clear my thoughts, I decided to go to the park. I quickly take a shower and throw on some clothes.

I grab my phone and earbuds and walk the few blocks to the park

I grab my phone and earbuds and walk the few blocks to the park. Once I get there, I sit down on the swing and put my earbuds in my ears, slowly swinging.

I then feel a presence next to me and look over to see Jess. I smile at her and she smiles back. After a while she breaks the silence. "So Jordan wasn't in his room this morning. Wonder where he was." We look at each other and start laughing.

We then proceed to talk about dumb stuff before I tell her everything about what happened. I told her about Jordan and my cousin, leaving out my pathetic past. She nods and listens before responding.

"Jordan sometimes need to cool down. He has anger issues and he needs to let off some steam every new and then." I diggest that before we decide to get some ice cream.

We go to a new ice cream polar that just opened up today. As I walk through the door, my phone goes off. Jordan~ Are you ok? Where are you?

I roll my eyes at the message before looking at the menu with Jess. After a while we step in line and order what we want. We pay and the man at the counter says he will bring it to out table.

We choose a seat by the window and sit across from each other. She clears her throat and I look at her. "So who texted you and what they say to make you look like that?" I laugh lightly. "Your brother. He asked me was I okay and where was I. Funny cause he left without a goodbye this morning when I needed him." She sighs and laughs a little.

The waiter bringing our ice cream made both of us pause.

I got the cookie one and Jess got the cake one. They look absolutely delicious. Like oh my God. We immediately dig in and just enjoy the cold deliciousness. When we're done, we leave and make sure to put a nice tip in the jar.

As we're walking, I remember with dread the I have to go home and my cousin could be there. Jess must sense my unease because she speaks. "Want to come to my house? We could have a movie marathon, then try to work off the calories by making dinner."

I nod and we go in the direction of her house and I just hope Jordan isn't there. He really hurt my feelings earlier. Anyway, we walk to Jess house when I remember something.

"Aye Jess?" " Yea?" "Do you like anyone at the moment?" She instantly blushes and just ignore me. I look at her to see her looking straight a head. I decide to mess with her. "You should go out with someone. Me and Jordan are together even though I'm pissed at him and I heard Travis is going on a date with-" "WHAT?! WHO?!"

I just stop and let her realize what I just did. After she finished fuming, she realized her mistake. I just look at her when she finally sighs.

"He has plenty of other girls after him, I'm sure he doesn't want me. Plus, I don't want to ruin the friendship I have with him. Or the friendship he has with Jordan. Besides, he'll never like me like that." I just shake my head at her. If only she knew.
