Kierra's POV:

I look over to see my cousin, Derrick in the doorway. (A/N: I don't know if I said his name earlier or not so I made one up. I would look but I'm too lazy)

I instantly try to get up, when Jordan grabs my hips and keeps me still. "I'm guessing this is your cousin" I nodded my head and take a deep breathe. "Yea. Derrick." Jordan takes a breath before chuckling and muttering "Derrick." I looked at him in confusion and he just shakes his head.

He slowly gets off me and sits up. The whole time Derrick is just standing there staring at Jordan. Jordan raises an eyebrow and speaks. "I don't swing that way so stop staring at me like that."

I slap Jordan shoulder and he just looks at me and smile. I couldn't resist smiling back. Just then, my dad comes into my room and pauses when he see everyone looking at each other.

He looks at Jordan and raises his eyebrow. Jordan chuckles without humor. "I already told you what will happen. I meant everything I said."

My dad sighs before nodding. "Don't get blood in the carpet. We wont be able to get it out." "I'll try my best. And if I can't control myself long enough, I know how to get blood out of carpet." My dad nods before walking out.

I look at Jordan and he just shakes his head. He continues looking at Derrick as he speaks. "You'll try to change my mind, Babygirl. Don't worry about it." I hesitantly nodded and looked at Derrick who is still staring at Jordan.

"So umm Derrick this is Jordan and Jordan this is Derrick." Derrick chooses then to walk in the room and hold his hand out for Jordan to shake. Jordan remains still for a second before finally bringing his hand up to shake Derrick's.

I watch as Derrick face turns pale and he starts to shake. I look at their hands and see Jordan squeezing the life out of his hand. I started to interfere when I see Jordan's eyes. They are changing from brown to darker shades as if he's fighting for control. He finally let's Derrick hand go and stands up.

"How about we go to my house and I'll call Jess and the guys over." I know why he suggested, more like demanded, that. He wants the guys to know Derrick's face.

Before I could say anything. Derrick speaks for the first time. "Kierra has friends? Well I'm shook. I'm surprised people would want to be seen with her." I see Jordan eyes turn almost black as he gets ready to launch at Derrick. I quickly grab Jordan arm and pull him in the bathroom.

He paces back and fourth while balding and unbalding his fist. "Jordan" I whisper. He closes his eyes and come over and wraps his arms around me. He nuzzles his face in between my neck and shoulder trying to relax himself. Eventually he pulls back and look at me.

"I'm sorry. My anger hasn't been tested like this in a long time." I smile at him. "It's ok. Just please don't hurt him. He is still my cousin."

Jordan looks at me for a long time. "I'm sorry, Princess. I can't do that, not even for you. If he say something out of line, there will be consequences. I just don't want to get blood on your carpet." I close my eyes and take a deep breathe.

I exit the bathroom to see Derrick standing there smirking. I close the bathroom door behind me to give Jordan some more time to cool off.

"What? Can't give your favorite cousin a hug?" I roll my eyes. "You are not my favorite cousin and I would never hug you." He frowns and looks pissed. "Look you ungrateful bitch-"

Just then Jordan came out the bathroom and dragged Derrick out the door. I instantly got my phone and called Jr. As soon as he answered I started talking with urgency. "Come help me. Quick." With that I hung up and ran down the stairs after Jordan.
