I would put it in the Arc chapter, but not everyone may see it, and I actually came back to write this note from about 6 chapters in the future.
The first half of the story set the scene in chapter one, and it came to fruition in chapter twenty six. You could probably drop the story and be content with that. There were some heavy moments and some darker themes, but hopefully it wasn't too much to handle.
Onwards, it's going to be mature. This is less because of sex and violence and all the things that people don't care about, but because a younger person just shouldn't be able to understand a lot of the feelings and thought processes of people going forward. You need to have emotional maturity, and trust me, no offence at all, if you're 14 and think you're mature because you're more sensible than the rest of your class or had a bad day once, you're not as mature as you think - emotionally. Now that I'm 18 (from editing this), I realise why 18 is the minimum for many, many things. Anyway, I'm not saying you should stop reading, and I can't really stop you anyway (rebel), I'm just saying you may not 'enjoy' it unless you are at least 15, no lower than 14.
Again. You may not understand it and understanding is key. There are a bunch of techniques to look out for, like parallelisms and symbols, and a bunch of hints everywhere that you could pick up on as long as you know what you're looking for. That being said, The second half is a lot deeper, so I hope you enjoy Chara's story. There's no need to rush it!
Anyways, this chapter's super long, like 3500 words... So why don't you get comfortable already?

"Now, even though I'm missing time off school and other homely duties whilst (Y/n) slav- works hard at Maths, I would never, ever turn down the doctor's orders when somebody is required to care for your health!"
Frisk moaned. "You forced me to ask-"
"BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT SISTERS ARE FOR!!!!" I yelled as I shoved Frisk's face into my chest with a cheeky grin so she couldn't say anymore. The sick should conserve their energy!
Several mini lightbulbs went off in my mind one by one as I imagined how we'd spend our first real day out. Two girls who can finally do real girl things! Well, I always had Angel, but I wasn't planning on spending my free time repenting at the local Synagogue.
"C-Cha-can't b-br-"
I quickly released my grip on the purple girl as soon as I realised how long it had been.
"My apologies." I said whilst fixing my top.
Frisk coughed exaggeratedly. "Perfume overload, who are you trying to impress?"
"Huh?" I sniffed myself. "Well, I do have a boyfriend."
She smiled boldly. "Not like you get any action from him, though."
I immediately turned red. "I get plenty of action! Unlike you!"
"Oh really? Because the two of you have constantly been around here for quite some time and I haven't seen any sparks igniting."
I frowned. "Well we're not so amorous when everyone is crying for you to get better, Frisk."
"Okay." She smirked. "So when is the last time you did something special with him?"
I looked down and fidgeted uncomfortably as I thought back. "Well we've made out... Twice?"
Frisk gasped and slammed her hands on the bedsheets. "No, twice!? In the 9 or so months you've known him? You're just scandalous."
