"WHY DOES SHE ALWAYS
ASK YOU?"

"Shut it!" Alice hissed, before Draco could ask anymore.
He fell silent while she listened for any movement.
She knew she heard someone.
But they hid well.

"What-"

"Didn't you hear what I said!" she hissed again. "Is someone there?"

No answer.

"Alright you can talk now" she said happily, turning back to Draco.

"What happened?" he asked.

"I just thought I heard someone" she replied, but she still wasn't sure.

"We best head back, it's getting late" said Draco, leading the way back to the common room.

"I'll go back in a minute, I want to wait here for a moment"

Draco shrugged and walked off, not thinking anything of it.

"I know someone's there" she called, looking around, still waiting for a reply.
But she got none. "Who's there!"

She walked around a bit, looking around the corners, but she couldn't see anyone.
But someone was there.
She could feel it.

The thing was, there was someone around the corner.
A boy from seventh year, but he was wearing an invisability charm, so not even the sharpest eyes could see him.

Alice put it down as mice and walked back to the common room.

It was a routine by now.
She walked in.
And hopped onto the windowsill, using the help of Ron.

"Why does she always ask you?" whispered Harry.

"Maybe it's because she's the only one who helped her, but didn't make a huge deal about it" whispered Hermione, giving him back his transfiguration essay.

Harry didn't answer because she was right.
He had pushed her over the edge and he had to apologise at some point.

Soon enough, everyone was in bed except for Alice and Harry.

"Alice?" he asked, not looking up.

"I already know what your going to say" She replied.

"No you don't"

"I do, you were going to apologise"

Harry didn't answer.
He was going to apologise, and now he was worried she wouldn't forgive him.

"I already forgave you Mr. Potter" she said smiling and sitting down beside him.

"I shouldn't have shouted at you, I'm sorry" she said, playing with the hem of her dress.

"Its me who needs to say sorry-"

"And I already forgave you" she said again. "Let's leave it behind us, deal?"

"Deal!"

She hugged him again, thankful she could talk to him again.
Harry turned back to his homework but soon gave up.

"Its impossible!" he complained.

"No it's not, let me help"

"I thought you couldn't read?"

"I can't, but pictures are involved!"

Harry gave her a shot, and she was able to help him with the essay.
He had it completed in less than twenty minutes.
He was shocked.

"Thanks Alice!"

"No problem!"

Just after that, Harry said goodnight and Alice stared at the stars.

She decided to write a letter to Henry, even if Umbridge was going to see it, she wouldn't understand it.

She drew a small stick-man and a big heart beside it.
No one would ever know what that meant.
Well she hoped no one would know.
But someone did.
And she wasn't happy.

The following morning at breakfast, Alice received another letter from Henry.

This time it had no drawings, but it was unmistakably Henry's handwriting.

They're coming for you.
Don't reply.
