Aiyama had her mind spun throughout the week from her brother's words. And now the Kage summit coming up will cause some drifts in some villages depending on the situation. Her safety had been reassured by Madara that week as well.

Even his words were comforting and lasting. Also, just being with him and smelling his wood oak aroma gave her reassurance as well.

She managed to leave the Senju complex softly grinning while squinting her eyes due to the sun outside glaring harshly.

"Oi Aiyama-nee!" The familiar voice of Izuna caught her attention. She turned her back to see him running up to her. She missed the younger Uchiha brother as well. She hasn't seen him around much, so she hoped to gets a good reason why he wasn't around.

"Hmm?" Aiyama smiled kindly seeing him catch up to his breathing.

She silently laughed, "usually I'm the one that needs to run around. I still see you're energetic like usual, so what's new?" Aiyama grins at him and folded her arms across her chest.

"Your otouto wants to see you quickly before he departs with your Ani." Izuna smiles and tries to grab her hand.

"First off why didn't he find me himself? And secondly where the hell have you been?" Aiyama placed a hand on her hip mockingly causing Izuna to chuckle lightly. The smirk tugging at the edge of his lips indicated something she must find out herself.

"Don't question me! Go ask him what he wants." Izuna laughs and ponders away from her. He tilted his head back for a second to look at her puzzled expression.

"Aiyama-nii, you should see him at least." Izuna then leaves the girl in a questionable state. It was hard to think how she was slightly frightened of what Madara may want the day before he was supposed to leave.

Aiyama knew he didn't want to leave, but he didn't trust Hashirama with making decisions so he was his right-hand man. Tobirama was incapable was doing the job either.

Aiyama smiled and left towards the Uchiha stronghold within the village. She felt her heart race slightly seeing all the new changes around the compound. The structures were painted red with the Uchiha flags set up at every corner practically. Their training grounds were always occupied and the ground always looked so burnt. Aiyama knew why due to their infamous fire style jutsu.

She crept over to the large Uchiha household where she sensed Madara was inside impatiently waiting for her like his usual person.

"M-Mada—"

"You're late." He flatly says from inside the room that she just entered.

"I didn't know there was a time frame." Aiyama frowned at his insensitivity. His chuckle made her widen her eyes for a mere second.

"Izuna wasn't so efficient with finding you then." Madara smiled for the first time that she has seen in years. 'Is he being for real?!' Aiyama nodded nervously while thickly swallowing dryly.

She tried to speak but nothing escaped. Her hands trembled slightly as he stepped forward grimacing now. "I'll mention later to him that I came as you've requested. I-I hope you don't drown Hashirama on the journey to Kiri." Her cheeks flushed mad red at the thought of the two getting along on the way there.

She felt her body being pulled onwards and soon realizes that Madara had pulled her into his embrace. She found her arms wrap around his neck while hi on arms slipped behind her lower back. "I expect you to still be ready when I return?" He whispered lowly in her right ear. She could feel the smirk in his tone as her whole body trembled next to him.

"Ready?" she questioned, but his grin was enough. He wasn't actually thinking—

"We're to be wedded here in Konoha in perhaps two weeks. I can't have any more delays as you know I'm not very much a patient man." Madara seethed releasing her and stepping back. Aiyama didn't say anything nor move.

"H-Here?" Aiyama didn't meet his gaze this time and just stared at the ground below.

She felt a lump form in the back of her throat. She wasn't informed earlier so this must be one of his devious plans then.

"Yes. Your brother's wife Mito offered to actually be useful in this. As for our wedding, it'll be small and mostly private. The people will know eventually just not now. You could be a target by outsiders or anyone who is deemed a spy in the Hidden Leaf." Madara tried not to show his anger and sat down on his couch head in his hands.

"Ao Uchiha will be your personal guard afterwards—"

"I don't need a guard. I can protect myself! For the love of Kami don't get killed when you're travelling. I'm sorry I put you through a lot. I hate how the unforeseen circumstances have turned out. I don't want to object to this since I don't have a say in much. Also, there wouldn't be anyone else I'd want to spend my life with." She swiftly turns away to run out of there but he caught her wrist pulling her back against his chest.

"I wouldn't have allowed you to have spent your remaining years with another man. I wouldn't go and test my anger with that perplexing idea. The elders would have been killed by my own hands if they kept their egos far up this village's ass to gain what they want." Madara was boiling with vexation that showed more frustration than being irritated. His voice never wavered which didn't indicate much worry either.

"I'll be here when you return. I-I'll make sure Izuna doesn't do anything reckless." Her cheekily smile caused him to slip a hand from behind her back holding her against his chest.

He rested his head against her head affectionately. Aiyama nearly gasped in such comfort with the man. Still, she could feel how worried he has become. The Jirū man hasn't spoken much to them. So if she could get any information out of the man it'll be a bonus.

"Don't stress so much, you'll become ill if you think too much." Aiyama gripped his forearms a little. Madara chuckled at her with amusement. He liked it when she worried for him, it made him fall more in love each and every time she worried for him. Her concerned eyes lingering on his drew more attention with wanting to take her and devour her skin against his.

He inhaled sharply sneering at her comment. "Now it's you that is worried about my health? I'll be fine." He leaned down and pecked her pink soft lips while one hand caressed the side of her cheek and the other rested on her thigh.

"P-Please... can.." she could barely make out the correct sentence. She wanted to spend her life with him even though of the many times he has hurt her and she forgave him. Her heart longs to be with him and her mind wants to deceive her.

"I'll try."

__________

"Hashi-san~" an angelic voice disturbed him from his work, but nothing can distract him if it was his wife. She stood there at the doorway with her slim yukata that stuck to her skin practically.

"O-Oh? Did I overdo it this time? Maybe I should come home." His mind was in a daze since he was confused with his wife's loose gown. Her smile stayed the same while her red hair wasn't in the usual buns. Mito walked towards him and pecked him on the lips tired as he was smiled faintly.

"No. I have some news actually." Mito fell in his lap with her legs over the armchair and her arms went around his shoulders. Hashirama liked it when she causes some warm sensational feeling in his lower abdomen.

As Mito rested her head against his chest laying in that comfortable position. Hashirama didn't say anything but stroke her head softly.

"I-I'm pregnant." The words soon fell upon the man who thought he heard that correctly.

"Pregnant?" He couldn't make out the short sentence she had said.

"I'm going to be a father..." he looked down at her and held her closer than before. It was as if his instinct was now to protect her and his child more.

"Yes, you will." Mito giggled and poked his right cheek and kissed him affectionately with passion between their shared kiss.

As soon as they pulled away Mito slowly retracted herself up and stepped away. "I must tell some of the others when the time is right." Mito softly gazed at him with a calm expression.

Hashirama didn't say anything and just watched her leave. "So I'm going to be a father..." Hashirama still doesn't know what the concept of being a parent means and hoped he can overcome the fear he felt.

'How will Aiyama-nii feel about this? Oh, wait... or our Otouto?'
