Walking out of the court house in the middle of trial today means there is no press ready and waiting for me to exit. There are still a few more hours left in the day and I don't expect them to show up until much later.

Though if they were here this early, they would have a great show to record. News stations across the globe would be airing my meltdown.

I find our car and try to open the door. Great. Just great. It's locked and Tyler has the keys.

I need some place private that I can hide and avoid being seen. I just need a few minutes to myself.

Before I have the chance to look for other options, Tyler is running across the parking lot towards me.

"Don't even try to convince me to go back in there. I'm done for today. I can't handle it anymore. It'll just be a waste of your time." I warn him. I don't want to go back in there.

"I didn't come to get you back inside. I came to give you the keys to unlock the car. I figured you might want to sit somewhere without cameras in your face." He hands me the set of keys. "I wasn't sure how long you'd be out here but they could show up at any minute. So I figured it was better to be safe than sorry."

"You know me so well." I smile and hold them in my hand. "I made a fool of myself in there."

He shakes his head. "You did great when you were talking about your mom. The jury really felt your pain. I could tell."

"But I sucked at the rest of it. As soon as that evil lawyer came up, I fell apart."

"It's his job to make you fall apart. But don't worry. The jury is going to remember your mom the way you do. They are going to see her as the victim and will find your father guilty even though that man was able to rattle you." He grabs on to my shoulders and massages them. "I'm sure of it."

I nod, brushing my hair out of my face. "You better get back in there before people start writing articles about the two runaways in court today."

"Just keep your screaming to a minimum. I don't want the press to find you in the car." He pinches my cheek and runs back inside.

He is such a beautiful human being

He is such a beautiful human being. How did I get so lucky to have him love me? I am so unbelievably blessed to have him in my life.

I unlock the car and enter is quickly, hoping to avoid being seen. I just don't want to read about this utter failure of a day on the news tomorrow. I can't handle any more bad things.

If I could just disappear forever, that would be great.

Author's note: as always, thank you all for your never ending support of me and my stories. I love you all from the bottom of my heart!

Do you guys think anything will be able to tear Tyler and Avery apart from each other or are they that in love that morning can break them?
