Italics are dreams/memories. Just clarifying.

He stood in front of me, wand in hand. I tried to run, but he was always right behind me. He gradually gained up on me.

"You know you can't run forever." He said with a smile growing on his face. I ignored him, increasing distance between us.

"You're only tiring yourself." He commented. I ignored.

"Sooner or later, you'll stop." He said. I kept running. He doesn't deserve satisfaction.

He appeared in front of me, clutching my throat with his veiny hands. He lifts me up. I try to kick him, but I was unsuccessful. The world around me slowly started to fade. A loud, deep laugh escaped his mouth.

I was violently shook awake. My eyes shot open.

"Finally! I've been trying to get you up for 2 hours now!" Uncle Remus said letting go of my shoulders.

The dream didn't leave my memory. It felt so real. The running, his hands crushing my neck, all of it. His laugh still rings in my ears. His words repeat over and over in my head.

"Everything alright?" Uncle Remus asked. I hesitated.

"Yeah. I'm fine." I lied. I never tell him about my dreams.

"Well, today's the first day of school, so start getting ready." He said ruffling my tangled hair.

As he left my mess of a room, I stretch, get out of bed, then start to pack. I've always procrastinated packing, so it's not a shock I did it the morning of my first day.

We arrived at the platform a little bit early. Uncle Remus decided to ride the train with me so it would be less lonely. I dropped off my trunk, then we chose an empty compartment.

"So, are you excited professor?" I asked.

"Why yes I am, Ms. Black." He said. "But I'm also worried. There is a possibility I might hurt a student."

"I'm sure you'll be fine. Can't you still go to the Shrieking Shack?" I asked.

"I assume so. That's the only place I could go during full moons when I attended Hogwarts." He stated. We stoped talking for a few minutes until I broke the silence.

"So, now that you're a professor, can you let me off the hook with pranks?" I asked.

     "Maybe." He said smiling.

"What about homework? Will you still make me do it?" I asked.

"Yes, you will still be assigned homework like the rest of the students."  He said.

     "Why?" I asked slightly disappointed.

"Pup, I'm not going to stop assigning you homework just because I'm your Uncle." He stated.

"Fine." I said with a sigh. "But, I do want special treatment"

He laughed. "Of course you do."
