3. U.A. Entrance Exam

(Ten Months Later)

It was time. The moment every student who's applying to U.A was waiting for. It was time for the entrance exam. Every student who was applying had trained their asses off to be even a potential thought of placing a spot in the school.

Now where do we find our Matter Manipulation user? "ZZZZZZZ!" snored the boy. He had been training himself into the ground these past ten months and if it wasn't for the U.A exam, he'd still be training today. His bedroom door creaked open and in comes Betty to wake up the hero-to- be.

She was honestly, so proud of him that she couldn't keep some tears from leaking on how much stronger he's gotten to really give it his all. She had faith that her baby would make it into this school and show everyone that he was gonna be a great hero. But right now, she has to worry aboutm him getting into the school.

"Wake up my little ray of sunshine! It's your special day!" She said as he started to stirr at her gentle shaking. He rubbed his eyes before opening them and smiled once he saw Betty. "Morning Betty....It's that time, isn't it?". Betty nodded as she kissed his forehead. "Yes, it's your exam day! Come, get ready. Breackfast is on the table".

Betty got up and exited from the room which let Delsin smoke dash up from his bed to his closet. He pulled out a white T-shirt with a grey hoodie over it with black sweats. Delsin stood in the mirror and smiled a genuine smile. He grew over his training as he was a 5'8" and now he stood a proud 5'11".

Since his training, his body got more built as well. Back when he he got his powers, he was toned but now he was ripped with nice six pack of rock hard abs. John wouldn't let him do anything if he didn't condition his body for the day, so he had to do them in order to progress and he was truly liking the results.

'Are you ready, Rowe? Your hero life begins today. If you get in that is....' John asked his reincarnation/student. 'Honestly, I'm a little worried. Sure I think I'll be fine on the physical part of the test but it's the written part that has me. Though my grades were not bad in school, they could've been better and this is the top school we're talking about....' he replied.

'Don't worry about that! You'll do fine! Just believe in yourself and you'll pass' John encouraged him. Delsin smiled wider and walked down the stairs to the kitchen. Once he reached, he sat down and ate his food, thinking about the exam. He wondered how many heroes were gonna be there.

He kinda hoped Endeavor wasn't gonna be there. As a hero, he respected him and admired him for his strength but as a person, he was a dick to say the least. He can tell during those press conferences he's been on and the look in his eyes claims he's unsatisfied and is envious for more. More of what? Delsin had no clue.

But if All Might was there, it wouldn't be so bad. It'll be cool to see the top hero encourage some youths in the exam. "Delsin...I just want to let you know how proud I am of you and if you don't pass that it's not the end of the world. There are other schools. You've trained so hard and I know in my heart, you'll be a great hero." Betty said.

She was right. Delsin has learned a lot about his smoke powers. Other than smoke, he can also send out smoke from his hands to let him hover in the air for short amount of time. He can also super jump in the air as well due to the enhanced strength he has as well as adding a bit of smoke to the mix. His parkour abilities have increased too.

He could now climb things with ease as he was training in his speed in not just evading with smoke but in running and climbing as well. Eventually, he started training in offensive techniques too. He learned that he can shoot smoke out of his hands by accident one time and unfortunately, it was in the house with Betty's clock as the target.
