6. First Day At U.A.

(Timeskip 2 months later)

'Do you have everything? Backpack, lunch money, school supplies, transit fare...' Betty asked as Delsin had her on skype on the smart tv. "Yes Betty I have all of that already. I'm good to go!". Betty remain concerned. 'How about breakfast? Did you cook yourself breakfast. Or even cereal? Anything?! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!' she pressed on.

"Yes Betty I had made an omelet, will you relax!" Delsin said as he sat on the couch in front of the tv. Today was the day. His first day at U.A, the school of heroes. He honestly couldn't believe it. He had struggled for so long, gone through so much pain and agony for this dream, his goal to be achieved. He was so happy that his own eyes started to water a bit.

Betty looked at him and her eyes were watering too. 'Don't you start to cry, you hear me mister.....don't cry before I start to cry...this is your big day so don't ruin it with tears' she said. Delsin wiped his eyes and smiled. "I'm sorry, Betty. It's just I'm really happy right now". She smiled and nodded her head in understanding.

'I know, baby. I'm happy for you. I'm so happy and proud that I don't even know what to do with myself! Make your parent's proud honey!'. Delsin nodded and grabbed his backpack. "Thanks Betty and I will. I have to go, I don't want to be late on my first day". She nodded and waved goodbye as he ended the video call. He sighed as be put the bag on his back and continued for the exit.

He locked the door behind him and turned to walk when he saw Izuku leaving at the same time but in a hurry. Delsin smoke dashed down the hall and he caught up with Midoriya. "Hey! Izuku! Wait up!" Delsin said as he ran along side him. "O-Oh..h-hey R-Rowe-san....what a-are you d-doing here?". Delsin gave him the 'are you serious' look and moved his hands up and down, showcasing his uniform.

"School buddy, where else?". Izuku widen his eyes but face palmed himself muttering things like 'Such a stupid question' and 'Of course he has school with you!'. Delsin sighed. "No time to worry about how much of an idiot you are, let's go. We'll be late!" Delsin said running to the elevator. Izuku widen his eyes and ran after him.

The two after they got out of the building, ran to the nearest train station and waited till the train arrived. "So" Delsin started. "What class are you in? Mine is 1-A". Izuku smiled. "Same here....I just hope he isn't there...". Delsin heard him and asked. "Who?....Bakugo?". Izuku nodded slowly. Over the 2 months, Delsin and Izuku would hang out a few times.

They would talk about various things such as heroes; which Izuku talked about All Might for the most part and Delsin would talk about Electric Man, dreams, quirks, girls; moreso Delsin talked about girls where Izuku listen and blushed the whole time, and lastly bullies. Izuku told him not much but only what his personality and quirk and honestly, Delsin expected something better.

Not that the dude's explosion quirk wasn't impressive, it was really strong and powerful but honestly, there had been better quirks out there so he wasn't going to go out and say he's gonna be a great hero one day, especially since he's bullying people but the guy seems like a total asswipe and kinda overrated.

Delsin just nodded his head and told him in a confident and thrilling tone as the train shows up and they head in. "Listen Izuku. If this guy gives you any trouble, just stick close to me. I promise you, he won't be giving you any trouble". Izuku and Delsin sit on a seat and Midoriya sighed. "It's not that easy. Kaach-I mean Bakugo is....persistent when he gets angry. He doesn't quit and he's so strong...I don't want to let you deal with my problem with him".

Delsin sighed. "Then stick up for yourself! Don't let him push you or bully you and let him call you names. He calls you useless as you told me yet here you are, going to a top teir school in the country with one of the most badass quirks out there! Make a name for yourself". Izuku looked down on the ground and stayed that way for the whole ride there.
