12. The Delsin That Shines Bright

Time skip (Two days)

Delsin woken up bright an early for a specific day. It was his day to finally train his powers after resting from his injuries of U.S.J incident. It wasn't a long time to him, he honestly enjoyed the time off to relax his body and chill with his friends. He also had to deal with an hour long video call with his mother who was crying her eyes out after she received a call from U.A stating that he was in a coma.

She was so worried that he had died and she would lose her baby, that she would be all alone but he spent the hour reassuring her that he was fine and that there were no more villains so she didn't need to worry but he couldn't help but feel guilty that he, yet again, put her through the pain of worrying about him. He hated seeing people cry, especially his aunt.

After that, he's time recuperating was slowly spent as he just layed back and chilled and when it was time, go to school, come home, eat sleep and then the next day rinse and repeat. But now that he's fully recovered and no longer feels pain, he can start training for the Sports Festival. Aizawa have the rest of the three weeks off to train our quirks to our best abilities before the big day and Delsin already took the initiative to book the training area for a week and a half.

He originally wanted the book the whole three weeks to train in there but others might want to use the training area as well, he couldn't be greedy but he did have a good portion of the time frame to train so he's still happy about that. He needed to train, to prove to those other students that he won't lose.

Flashback

It was around the time that class was ending meaning which it was home time. Delsin was in the middle of packing his bag while discussing with Momo, Izuku, Kirishima, Iida, Kaminari and Uraraka about grabbing a bite to eat after school and just chill afterwards. It was a few days before their rough training schedule for the Sports Festival started so they wanted to have as much fun as possible before they push them selves hard.

Aizawa just waved them to leave as he took his time to get in his yellow sleeping bag, get in this cubby space he made for himself without any of the students knowledge of when he did and went to sleep. They all shrugged their shoulders. 'Typical Aizawa behavior....' They all thought.

Kaminari opened the doors and was met with a crowd of students, eyeing them heavily. "H-Hey! Why are there so many people here?" Mineta asked behind Izuku and Delsin with the two shrugging their shoulders, not knowing either. "It's obvious they're scoping out the competition! Move it extras!" Bakugo said. Iida immediately acted, greatly disapproving his statement. "Bakugo-san! Don't say that! As students of U.A, we are all equals!" He scolded but it landed on deaf ears as the ash blonde haired teen stared at the other students.

The other students glared Class 1-A, stating how their so stuck up, rude and how they think they're the best. A purple haired guy walked up and glared a bit at the students. "Well......you all seem stuck up. My name Hitoshi Shinso and I just came here to see what Class A was like but now seeing this.....I declare war on you all! Some people tried enrolling in the hero course but depending on how this festival turns out.......some of us might get wedged in while some of you will get wedged out! I'm here to say that if you get careless, I'll be there to sweep you from your feet! That's all!" He said before he turned Delsin. "Hm......you look to be the weakest one here. I should probably take you down first...." He said before walking away. Delsin smirked.

"Oh you have no idea what you're up against...." He muttered to himself. Another student jumped out and pointed a finger at Delsin. "HEY! WEREN'T YOU THAT DUDE WHO STOPPED THE VILLAIN'S ATTACK?!" He asked. Delsin frowned as he looked all around to see everyone's eyes on him. 'Great....now I'm probably the number one target in this thing. The more time passes on, the less and less I want to compete in this troublesome thing! The only bright side to this is that they don't exactly know how I beat them...my quirks are still a secret and that's a key part in this' Delsin thought with John agreeing fully.
