39. Nighteye's Agency

Delsin was walking alongside Midoriya and Togata to head to the latter's agency. He gave it a lot of thought and he found it wise to be out there on the streets and learning more about being a hero from real life experiences like working in an agency. He talked to Sebastian about it and he agreed as long as he still checked in with him at times so they can work on his power and so Delsin can still rack his brain for information about shards and the RFI.

As time goes by, he finds himself being more busier cause if all the training and lessons he's going through, he barely has time to even breathe. Togata slapped Delsin's back, waking him up from his thoughts. "Well aren't you excited?! This is a big chance to show your stuff!" he said. Delsin sighed. To be very honest, he was only doing this for Midoriya because the young One For All user was too nervous to go by himself.

He had no real interest to seek employment from some stuck up serious guy but Izuku was determined to work with him since he was All Might's former sidekick so there was really no changing his mind. "Yeah, this is gonna be so great!" he lied. He really had no interest with this man at all. Midoriya smiled. "Thanks for signing up with me, Delsin. This'll be so fun!". Togata frowned as the two made it to the agency building. "Before we enter, you two must know that Nighteye is pretty strict". "Y-Yeah, we know, he always has that serious face" Midoriya commented.

"Yeah but another thing you should know is Sir.... Likes to laugh!". "What? He..... Likes to laugh?! Coulda fuckin fooled me!" Delsin said in slight shock. "Yeah, seriously. So when you're in there, try to make him laugh at least once, it goes a long way, for serious!" Togata said with a smile and raised his thumb up. "But don't worry, I believe in you guys! You'll blow him away". The two boys nod their head and headed into the building behind the blonde.

After walking into the building, Mirio had them walk long hall before reaching the building staircase. After going up to the third floor, he took them to the end of the hall and reached the door. He grabbed the handle. "Remember, make sure to be funny". Both boys nodded. Togata opened the door to see two people in the room.

One was a man in his late 30s.
He was tall, lean-but-muscular man with sharp and rather elongated features. His shiny hair was worn smoothed down and parted to his left, and was of a dark green color, with three yellow streaks towards the front, two on his right, and one on his left. His eyebrows were also yellow, matching the rims of the triangular glasses he wore and the strikingly bright-yellow irises of his stern-looking eyes.

He wore plain office clothes, a plain white suit with gold buttons, a white dress shirt, and a red tie with white dots.
The other in the office was a fairly well-built young woman with a rather slim build, her skin light blue in color. She has short, ruffled dark blue hair that curves upwards and downwards around her head, parted to her left, and wide yellow eyes with thick eyelashes.

Her hero costume consists of a skintight dark blue crop top with a white high-collared section, a zipper down the middle, over the higher part of her chest, which reveals her torso from the underside of her breasts down. She wears black tights with loose white shorts, two yellow markings down the either side of them, and a thick white boots with lines running down their shafts, yellow rings in the centre of them. Over her entire face, she wears a transparent visor with an air filter on each side, and on her hands she wears plain dark blue gloves.

"Sir Nighteye, I must report to you that the League of Villains was seen meeting up with Shie Hassaikai but their meeting ended up unsuccessful as their was a fight that occurred". The man named Nighteye turned to the woman. "Bubble Girl, I-... Oh Togata-kun, what brings you here, you don't start till Friday?". Nighteye goes to inspect Izuku and Delsin who were behind the Permeation user. He frowned. "Who are these two? I remember that one, but even so, I don't know him" he said, reffering to Delsin.
