Sasuke POV

My body hurt in places I didn't even know could hurt.

Akuma's training... I let out a small groan as I walk to the bridge, rolling my shoulders, my muscles kept tensing and relaxing with each step.

But... I knew she was training me and not herself, which agitated me at first till I realized I was being pushed past my limits and learning new skills. That girl disappeared into the shadows without using jutsus or her bloodline... apparently, I needed to be faster and more flexible.

My sensing needed more work, my body needed to be stronger overall to match my Sharingan, and my chakra control need fine tuning.

I wanted to yell at her but eventually I let her run me to the ground, it's the first time I let someone take me home usually I sleep at the training grounds till I'm able to stay conscious. It was... strange.

There was no way I'd admit to the blush I had in the morning when I was more conscious.

When my mind was coming to it realized that it was also the first time there was a girl in my room... Kakashi would kill me. I only started thinking about his more protective nature of Akuma while I was making breakfast that morning, since I knew he hadn't acted like that for Sakura, not staring death at the teen who grabbed the brash girls behind... said girl shriek and swung nailing the male in the cheek so...

Still, it was obvious the sensei favored Akuma at a deep level... my cheeks flushed thinking about the man 'catching' us in Tazuna's room... it wasn't catching anything...

My head drops as I fight the heat trying to boil in my body, damn hormones, Akuma's just so... you can't even call her naive or ignorant, if anyone tried to pull anything they faced her bloody punishment. Still, missing insinuations...

Innocent... in this way at least... my blush came back...

Hissing at the air, my hand runs over my face... it is... cute...

Groaning at my admittance, I felt like I signed my prison sentence with it, particularly having Kakashi as my sensei.

Shaking my head to rid of the blush as I made it to the bridge, I lean against the rail only to flinch, twisting I find a semi-descent area that was ok to lay on. Damn flexibility exercises... I found myself having more respect to the kunoichi who did this often. The exercises had flashes of my mother crossing my mind before I left my bed, as a child watching her train doing her stretching routines that had made me cringe.

...it made me... happy... and was nice to remember her without feeling pain for once.

"Sasuke-kun!!!"

I sigh. Kami, damn it.

Akuma POV

Father told me to meet him and the team at the northeast bridge at seven am, or head that direction and listening for the screaming.

I went for the latter. Despite being here for a couple of months now, I have the main layout of the village, but I haven't memorized the little parts due to my constant movement.

It didn't take long to find them, Naruto and Sakura were screaming again. I slipped next to Sasuke, getting a glance, as we watched the duo yell at each other. It was way too early for this.

When the two finally notice me I get good mornings before they go back to arguing, rolling my eyes I sit down and meditate. I hadn't done it in a while, I've been focused more on using the eye technique Easureddingu or Air Threading which let me see through the wind or walk within it. The Kekkei Genkai Eabenda or Air Bender connected my senses to the wind itself. If I let myself fall out of practice then it could tear my eardrums again.
