Akuma POV
The mission report was nerve-racking.
Thankfully though it seemed all I had to do was talk to a Yamanaka, the mind bender, at least that's what we called them.
...I think I scared them.
After the 'evaluation', I had to go back to the hospital to get my head checked and was sent to rest a week with no training or chakra movement... and no eyes. I broke several rails off the beds when the medic said that, Kakashi had to calm me down. There wasn't a doubt I was not a happy ninja, something my father and I shared was we did not like hospitals. The medics were going to refill my prescription since Zabuza took it but Kakashi said no... apparently, I over used them for more than my headache not realizing it.
It led to the information that I'd never had medicine before that hadn't been administered by a medic-nin. That gave me blank stares cause I meant no over the counter drugs, no prescriptions, nothing given to me at all. Especially no painkillers. Father was not a happy camper.
Still... with my restrictions...
My solitary week with Kakashi... and the dogs began.
I about skewered them when I felt the wet nose touch my arm, flickering to the ceiling I got a view of the animals that had suddenly filled the room. The smallest dog that sat on top of a giant bulldog's head seemed in charge, a pug named Pakkun.
From his explanation these dogs were Kakashi's pack, his ninken that he's had from early childhood.
Despite knowing this, I didn't come down from the ceiling until Kakashi came home, one look at the room he gave a shaky laugh and started introductions. This was how I came to like Pakkun's blunt sarcasm, he'd explain things to me whenever I didn't understand what they meant. The pack and I would watch the TV, they would fill in and explain things I didn't understand. It seemed Bull couldn't talk, so he kept me company to curl into the most. Kakashi had a weird look when he first saw the pack and I like this, even came and sat with us at one point.
Pakkun favored his paws and fur.
Never say anything against it.
Then it happened.
I didn't know what it was when the pain started in my lower back and abdomen making me curl into the couch, clutching a pillow. Then a hot heat came between my legs, my scent became heavier, but I couldn't clutch my thighs since they felt like liquid and were vibrating with nerves unable to settle. I was moaning with pain and unease, it was one of the dogs that went to get Kakashi though he looked like he wanted to run away when he got to me. Muttering words to Bisuke the dog took off before he gathered me up and took me to the bathroom. I was growling the whole time he moved me, yet nuzzling into his neck for comfort.
Setting me on the sink he was stuttering to say something he spit out choppy sentences about growing up, females, something about monthly cycles, and couldn't say anything more since his whole face was red.
I asked him if he was talking about puberty and he slumped with relief asking if I had the talk. My teachers gave me the scientific talk about the biology of reproduction and what to expect during puberty... they didn't mention the internal pain... of course not.
It was Team Eight's sensei, Kurenai, who came with Bisuke, talking me through the female talk in a more detailed and personal way. Kakashi ran as soon as she settled in, Kurenai laughed as said that was normal for any male. She was a friend of my fathers, oh and I picked up she was dating Team Ten's sensei and son of the Hokage, Asuma Sarutobi. I discovered there were pads or tampons, a kunoichi brand which was best for missions, but I could use normal ones off mission to relax in. Heated bags of rice or water bottles, over the counter painkillers, pillows, helped ease the pain.
