I Don't Belong

in the past~nine

**2014**early**summer**
"What the fuck are you wearing!" My mother told me.

"They're shorts!" I yell down the street, with my dress tied up in the back because it was too hot outside to keep it down.

"You look like a whore," my mother's boyfriend told me.

"You look like a slut," mean while they're longer than any of my other shorts.

**2014**mid-summer**
I'm in my youngest brothers room, I was playing funny videos for him so he could not be cranky. My mother's boyfriend walks in, "this room is horrible, why the fuck is it so messy!" He yells at me and my big brother. I tell him the simplest thing, "because Caleb was playing," I say which should be understanding. He screams, then he picks up a toy and throws I across the room, I instantly become scared. Next thing you know he grabs the door and pulls it to him then slams it against the wall. I seriously thought he was going to hurt us.

After cleaning the mess with Luke I went downstairs, I get a knife pointed at me, I seriously thought he was going to kill me. I was scared for my life! I went upstairs and got scared, I called my dad and my mum(step) to tell them what happened, "what do you think you should do?" My mum asks me. "I think I should call the police," they agreed with me then I called.

When I called it felt scary, I stayed on the phone with them until they arrived, next thing I know I was being called, "he's coming I have to go," I tell them then I hang up. I walk downstairs and I see two police offices in the living room. I felt like my world was going crazy.

Of course he lied, he always lies, but when the officers left, my mum's boyfriend called my mother and she came home from work. Of course she believed him and I was the liar.

My dad soon came over from the call I had with him. They were almost 4 hours away, they got here only in an hour. He brought my grandmother, my uncle, my mum(step), and himself.

I hated this, my dad, called the cops because my birth mum wouldn't let him in. The cops showed up and knocked on the door. I was either able to go to my dad's or my mum's. Of course I was stupid and stayed there with my mum. I said goodbye to my dad, mum, grandma, and my uncle and went inside and they left.

My would was turning upside down right in front of my eyes without me even knowing that it was happening, sad case. She was ruining my life for way too long, and having that little boyfriend of hers just made it even worse than it already was.

I just wished I had a whole different type of life style without him.

**Present**day**

"Alexia!!!"

"Alexia!!!"

"Alexia!!!"

I'm barely seeing anything, I see everything but in a blur. I go to move my leg and I couldn't, I couldn't do anything. I try to speak, but all I can do it mumble. I was in so much pain in my right leg, and my head was thriving. All I can hear is Aishleen screaming for my attention, I hear her calling the police for the ambulance. Next thing you know I went black again.

[Next day]
I wake up, I'm still a little groggy, but then it finally clears. I look around and notice I'm in the hospital.

"Alexia? You're awake?" Aishleen asks with Daylinn by her side.

"Mmmh, yeah, umm," I try to move, but I can't.

"Oh, you can't move, you broke your whole leg, and you have a concussion. Thankfully you're not dead." Daylinn says as soon as I try to get up.

"My stuff?" I ask

"Oh, well everything is fine, but your car is ruined in the front. Me and Aishleen are looking for another one for you. " Daylinn says trying to make me happy.

"Mmmh, well where are my parents?" I ask looking around.

"Umm, they couldn't make it, they wanted to, but they couldn't. I tell them a check up every hour or so." Aishleen tells me then grabs her phone out, I assume she's messaging them that I'm awake.

"Wait, wait, um what happened?" I ask while looking at the cast that's wrapped around my whole leg.

" Some type of animal ran in font of you and you ran into a tree." Daylinn cuts off Aishleen as she's about to speak.

I couldn't believe that I actually got into a car accident, my first ever car accident.

[2 hours later]
I'm trying to fall asleep because I'm in pain and I just want to sleep but I can't. Aishleen and Daylinn went back home to drop off my stuff from the car accident about an hour ago. Next thing you know I that my door open, I sit up thinking that it's the doctor but it's Niall. The Niall Horan went into my room in the hospital.

" Hey, Aishleen told me about the accident, how are you feeling?" He asks me and I squeal as silent as I can.

" I'm hurting but its okay, I'll be fine soon." I say trying to act cool.

"Well if you want I can stay the night with you." He says and I'm trying my hardest not to smile because he wants to stay the night.

" You don't have to." I say wishing he said no it's okay I'll stay.

"No, I would like to." He says and then I actually couldn't hide the smile.

Oh my God I freaking out! Soon after he sits down he pulls out his backpack and brings out movies.

"I brought movies, would you like to pick?" He asks me and I nod.

He passes the movies over to me, I see some simple movies, I decided to have us watch Transformers. We put it in the dvd player and it starts playing. It was the last transformers movie, he extinction one. I can watch it nonstop.

Transformers is my favorite movie series, then it goes fast and the furious. I can seriously watch it on repeat, with fast and the furious too but we are watching Transformers so I'll focus on that.

Near the ending of the movie I fell asleep.
