Buying The Ring

Shaw

Shaw & Samuel walked into the jewellery store.

Shaw-''Alright, Sam. Let's go find Y/N the perfect ring.''

Samuel wagged his tail and they started looking for a ring. Then your best friend, Shelley, walked in and she saw him.

Shelley-''John?''

Shaw looked up and saw her.

Shaw-''Hi, Shelley. What are you doing here?''

Shelley-''My mom's birthday is next week and I wanted to get her something nice. How about you?''

Shaw-''I'm here to get something for Y/N.''

Shelley-''That's great. Hey, let me know if you need my help.''

Shaw-''Thanks.''

Shelley walked away. Then Shaw realised that you and Shelley are as close as sisters, so she could help him.

Shaw-''Shelley?''

Shelley turned around and stepped over to Shaw.

Shelley-''Yeah?''

Shaw-''I actually could use your help but you have to promise me that you won't tell Y/N about this.''

Shelley-''I promise. So, what is the surprise?''

Shaw-''I want to propose to Y/N.''

Shelley gasped.

Shelley-''Oh my gosh. Really?''

Shaw-''Yeah. Promise me you won't say a word?''

Shelley-''I promise Y/N won't hear a thing from me, John.''

Shaw-''Thank you.''

Shelley-''Besides, this will be my chance to return the favour she did for me.''

Shaw-''What did she do?''

Shelley-''She helped my boyfriend, who is my husband now, buy my engagement ring.''

Shelley smiled.

Shelley-''She didn't say a word until after he proposed to me during my birthday party.''

Shaw-''That sounds like Y/N.''

Shelley-''Yeah, she's the best. Which is why we're going to find the best engagement ring for her, right?''

Shaw-''That's right.''

Shelley-''So, let's find it.''

They smiled. After looking for a short while, they found the perfect ring. Shaw bought it and thanked Shelley for her help before he headed back to work with Samuel.

Nick

Nick & Jay walked into the jewellery store.

Jay-''Alright, let's spend some money! Well, not me...you.''

Jay laughed as they walked further into the store.

Nick-''Remind me again why I brought you with me?''

Jay-''Cause I threatened to tell Y/N everything.''

Nick-''Right.''

Jay-''Plus, I'm here to make sure you pick the best ring for the best person that ever stepped into your life.''

Nick smiled.

Nick-''Hey, why don't you look over there and I'll look over here.''

Nick stepped away from Jay. After a while, Nick found the ring.

Nick-''Jay?!''

Jay walked over to Nick.

Jay-''You find something?''

Nick-''Sure did.''

Jay-''Damn.''

Jay whistled.

Jay-''Now that's a ring.''

Nick smiled.

Jay-''You sure you can afford it?''

Nick looked at Jay.

Jay-''I'm just messing with you, man.''

They smiled. Nick bought the ring and they left.

Nick-''Do you think Y/N will love it?''

Nick asked as he was driving and Jay was looking at the ring.

Jay-''Of course she will! Hell, I would marry you if you gave me this ring.''

Nick-''Thanks.''

They smiled.

Jake

Jake, Amanda & Lily walked into the jewellery store.

Jake-''You know, I could've done this alone.''

Amanda-''Keep telling yourself that.''

Lily-''Face it, big brother...you need us.''

They all walked further into the store and started looking around.

Lily-''Any luck, Amanda?''

Amanda-''No.''

Lily-''Oh, no.''

Amanda-''What is it?''

Lily-''Look.''

Lily pointed to the door as you walked in.

Amanda-''We gotta hide Jake.''

Lily rushed over to Jake and quickly shoved him down to the floor behind a shelf.

Jake-''What are you doing?!''

Lily-''Sshh! Y/N is here with Harry.''

Jake-''You have to get her out of here.''

Lily-''Alright. Just stay hidden and we'll get her out of here.''

Lily got up and saw you talking to Amanda. Then she walked over to both of you.

Lily-''Hi, Y/N. What are you doing here?''

You-''Oh, I was telling Amanda that Harry wanted me to help him buy a necklace for his wife. Their anniversary is coming up soon.''

Lily-''Lovely.''

Amanda-''I just told Y/N that we are here to buy ourselves earrings. Did you find anything you like, Lily?''

Lily-''No, not at all. Hey, why don't we join Y/N with helping Harry?''

Amanda-''Great idea! Let's go.''

Amanda and Lily joined you with helping Harry. After a while, they left with you and Harry after buying a necklace.

Jake-''Oh, man.''

Jake sighed.

Jake-''Well, at least now I get to look for the ring in peace.''

Jake eventually found the perfect ring. When Jake got home, Amanda & Lily were sitting on the front porch waiting for him.

Amanda-''I've been trying to call you.''

Lily-''Did you find a ring?''

Jake smiled, sat down and showed them the ring.

Amanda-''Oh my gosh. Jake, it's beautiful.''

Lily-''Y/N is going to love it.''

Jake-''Thanks. And thank you so much for helping me today.''

They laughed and smiled.
