Hayden's POV

I make my way to the edge of the forest and before I can take one more step I hear someone calling for Heidi, and as I roll my eyes because I am starting to get annoyed with how much Heidi is needed around this sickening place. "WHAT!" I yell turning around to see a frightened Laurel. "I just wanted to inform you that King Benjamin is requesting your presence in his office." I get control of my emotions and get myself back to pretending to be Heidi. "I am sorry about yelling at you Laurel, I just been having a very bad day." Laurel just smiles a time nodding her head. "It's okay Heidi, everyone has those moments where things become too much." I force a smile on my face trying to hide the frown and scowl that is threatening to appear on my face. "Did Ben say what he wanted?" Laurel pulls out a piece of paper from her pocket and starts to unfold it. "All he said is that he wanted your option on some new classes, some new after school activities, and lastly he wishes you to look over the list of people that will be showing up sooner rather than later." I am already starting to feel tired just by listing to her, and I am starting to understand why poor Heidi waked me up in the first place, she has too much on her plate. "I will be there as soon as I get done with what I need to do." Laurel tilts her head to the side with a puzzled look on her face. "What could you possible need to do that requires you going into the forest?" I stare at her as I start coming up with a plan to get me out of this conversation. "I just need a moment by myself, and I am sure that after what is going on with Cory that you of all people could understand." I lie wanting to get back at my task. "What are you talking about? What is going on with Cory?" I look at her giving her a fake shocked expression. "You really don't know?" I ask her and I can't help but love the hurt look that comes across her face. "Tell me what you know Heidi." Laurel presses me to give up the totally fake information that I making up as I go along. "I saw Cory with another girl, and by the looks of it they look like she is slowly getting out of the friend zone, if you know what I mean." Laurel is now on the verge of tears as I can a million questions starts forming in her mind. "Who is the girl?" She demands her anger starting to show itself. "I hate to be the one to start drama, but if you really want to know, you should talk to Christyn." Laurel doesn't say another word but instead angrily storms off back towards campus. "Sometimes it is just too easy." I say laughing a little as I head into the forest. I have been looking all over this forest for a stupid unicorn and so far no one has crossed my path, and to make matters worse I am starting to get paranoid, the sounds of branches cracking, the limbs of trees moving, the shadow figure that I think I see following me every step I take, and when I turn around I see that I am alone. I wander around the forest when I come to the enchanted lake, and I also see a beautiful unicorn drinking of the magic water. The legendary animal is right in front of me, and as I step out into the opening the famous animal gets startled and looks at me ready to run off in a second. "It's okay beautiful, I mean you know harm." I lie taking a couple steps closer to the graceful creature. The unicorn eyes suddenly roll into the back of its head for a couple of seconds before going back to normal, suddenly the unicorn snorts at me getting into some kind of defensive stance and looks like it ready to attack me. "Looks like there is someone hitch-hiking." I say with a smile on my face as the unicorn just snorts at me beating the ground with its hoof. "You really think you are going to be the one to take me out?" I ask the person that has taken over the mind of the unicorn. "A lot of people have thought they would be the one to take me down, and as you can see I am still standing." I smirk at the horse like creature begging it to come at me. The unicorn lets out a loud noise standing up on its two legs before starting to run at me. it hits me with its head and its horn missing me by a few inches, I maneuver myself allowing me to land on my feet, I turn around to face the beast as It snarls and kicks up the ground. "Is the best you got?" I mock the animal which only makes it more anger. The unicorn and I stare each other down just waiting for the other to make a move, the unicorn lets out a major snarl as he runs full speed towards me. I just stand there waiting for my moment, and that moment comes when jump high into the air flipping over the animal and landing behind it. The unicorn quickly turns around as I start running through the woods wanting it to chase to, the unicorn wastes no time running after me and having no trouble keeping up with me. I jump over fall tress, bouncing off trees, and running as fast I can but the unicorn stays right on me every step of the way, I jump over a huge pile of fall trees and broken tree limbs and once I land on my feet I turn around with a smile on my face but that smile fades away as the unicorn smashes it way through the wall, and this makes me start running again. I have been running this forest for what seems like forever and I finally grow tired of this game of cat and mouse. "Time to end this." I say skidding to a stop and turning to the unicorn that burst through the brush. I raise my hands and quickly clench my fist as one of the unicorn's legs snaps in half making it stumble and eventually falling to the ground. I slowly walk up to the beast as it cries out in pain, and I can see that whoever was hitch-hiking in the mind of the unicorn as gone away. "I don't want to do this, but I don't have a choice, I need freedom, and you are the only for to be finally free." I say to the animal, and is kills me to see such a beautiful creature cry out like that. "I am sorry." I say taking the small hunting knife out from the holster on my leg. I slice a small cut at the base of the unicorn's stomach as the sliver blood starts dripping out. "I don't need much." I say softly to the animal before taking a vial out of my bag and filling it halfway with the blood. Once I put the vial away I wave my hand over the unicorn and seconds later its stands up on all fours and runs off. "I might be a villain, but somethings not even a villain can do." I say to myself brushing my clothes off, and out of the blue a vine suddenly wraps tightly around my hand digging its thorns into my skin. "What is going on?" I ask trying to remove the vine but another vine wraps itself around my other hand trapping me. "You have not just harmed mother nature, but you have violated one of the sacred laws of Auradon." I look to where the female voice is coming from, and out of the shadows steps someone that I haven't seen a very long time. "I haven't seen you since you got your butt whooped by Sienna." I smirk at the girl who walks in front of me. "That was Heidi, that was not you, you are just a passenger inside her mind." I let out a loud laugh before spitting at the girl. "Could to see you again Gracie."
