"So... What's this all about?" Kris chuckled and Susie cleared her throat. "I uh, need some help with a project or some shit like that." Susie said looking at the slightly quivering deer. "Um.. M-My help?" Noelle said with a hint of nervousness in her voice. "Well yeah, you can help right?" Noelle fixed her posture and and nodded. "Y-Yeah! Of course!" Noelle said sitting next to Susie then scooting a a bit away from her. "Oh? What that? I'm coming mom!" Kris said getting up from his bed and rushing out of the room. "But Miss Toriel didn't say anything-" Susie sigh annoyed at Kris's little dodge. "Asshole.. Alright, lets get started." Susie stood up and grabbed a few papers and threw them on the ground in front of Noelle. "Alright, work your 'magic'" Susie then walked towards the door. "W-Wait Susie... aren't you going to stay so you can possibly... l-learn it?" Susie stopped and slowly turned and faced Noelle. "Nope, I'm going to watch TV downstairs." Noelle's eats pressed against the sides of her head and she was slightly disappointed. "You'll never learn if you don't even t-try!" Noelle said whimpering and flipping through the pages of homework. "Ugh, Fine. But your doing all the work." Susie rolled her eyes under her hair and slumped next to the young deer. "S-So.. You see this? It's called a right angle." Noelle said pointing to a shape on the paper. "So? I told you, I don't care I'm just staying here because you said so." Susie said flipping her hair. "P-Please Susie?" Noelle whined and sympathetically looked at Susie who just sighed. "Fine." She said at last and Noelle's ears perked up and she resisted the urge to hug her. "Okay! So what's the length of all forth sides?" Susie groaned. "Fiiiiiive..." "G-Good! Now, what's five times four?" "Twenty..." Susie groaned again. "Yeah! Your a lot smarter than you make yourself out to be.." Susie looked down at her. "What do you mean? You calling me stupid?" Noelle got a bit frightened by her raspy tone but stood her ground. "N-No! Not at all! Your very smart, cute, cool and pretty! But maybe if you tried a bit h-harder.." Noelle said looking straight up at her then covering her mouth out of embarrassment and blushing wildly. 'Did I just say that??' "What did you just say nerd?" Susie said standing up looking down on her with a small blush spread on her face. "S-Susie I c-can explain!-" Susie growled "Don't bother bitch." Noelle started to tear up and whimper feeling like she upset someone very important to her. "I'm going downstairs, you can finish this mess alone and don't EVER talk to me again, got it antlers?" Before she could even answer Susie slammed the door. When the door closed large streams of tears rolled down her cheeks and her ears fell flat on her head. She gently sniffed and whipped her face and started to work on the papers.
When Susie reaches the bottom of the stairs Kris looked over the couch. "Hey, thought you where working with Ell." Susie flopped down next to him. "She was uh... 'flirting' with me." Kris looked surprised at first but then just laughed a rolled his eyes. "Well what did you do?" Susie sighed. "Let's seeee... I called her a bitch, I told her not to talk to me ever again.... and... and.. Kris?" Kris smirked. "Yes?" "D-Did I go to far?.." Kris just laughed and playfully pushed her. "Oh, tin man you had a heart all along!" Susie plusher him back a bit less playfully. "Alright, alright! I'll go say sorry then she can go home and I'll do my shit on my own, and by myself I mean YOU." Kris shrugged it off. "Pffft.."
Susie walked up the stairs and opened the door to Kris's room. "Hey Noelle I'll really sorry bu-" To Susie's surprise the small deer girl was curled up next to the papers soundly sleeping. "Ughh..." Susie walked close to her and looked at her. She had tear stains in her fur and a few dried tear drops in the paper. "Damn, really messed this up.." she picked up the papers and put them on the night stand then picked up the girl gently and sat down and placed Noelle in her lap. She looked down on the sleeping deer and softly moved her bangs. She was really peaceful when she slept honestly she was kinda cute??? Susie couldn't tell but either way somthing about her made her want to protect her. She cuddled the little deer and put her snout in between both of Noelle's antlers and just rested there until she to fell asleep.
