Within' Nanba Prison, in her Office The Warden is seen speaking to someone upon the phone.
"Understood, we'll prepare to receive him."
The Warden then hangs up the phone.
"Another escapee, once more another repeat offender."
She pushes a button.
"Suna?"
"Yes, Warden Hyakushiki."
"Have arrangements made with Hajime Sugoroku at Building 13."
"Yes ma'am!"
~Meanwhile~
A guard takes a key and unlocks a cell that holds an inmate.
"Inmate! Come with me."
He paused.
"It seems you're being transferred to Nanba Prison."
The inmate looks up from his meditation with gold eyes and flourish pink hair.
At Building 13 a cinnamon roll is walking, crying until he sees Hajime.
"Supervisor!!"
He screams and clings to Hajime.
"Get off me Seitaro what's wrong with you?!"
Hajime asks while also pushing him off his uniform.
"I need you to help me!!"
Seitaro said while, still, crying.
"Stop sobbing on my uniform I'm meeting the Warden."
Hajime exclaims gently, keeping Seitaro back.
"Please--"
Hajime then hits him in the head.
Seitaro now has a bump on his head.
"I'm sorry but look..."
He then shakes off the pain and goes crazy.
"I'M AT MY LOOSE ENDS SIR!!"
"About what?"
"The inmates!! The ones in Cell 13!! They won't stop bullying me sir! It's high school all over again!!"
Hajime grunts.
'Of course I should've known.'
He then looks at Seitaro.
"You're a Nanba Prison Guard. Be brave, remember your training, lay down the law."
Seitaro turns and fiddles with his fingers.
"That's easier said than done sir.. They don't take me seriously enough to listen to anything I say to them... Well except 13 sometimes..."
Hajime places his fists in his hand making Seitaro jump.
"In that case you outta beat them into submission."
Hajime states as Seitaro shakes.
"That might work for you but they would eat me alive sir, especially 13 cause she's an actual animal..."
