Now or Never - A Josh Cuthbert/Union J Fanfic.

Chapter 4 - Christmas Day.

It was Christmas morning and I remember waking up that morning like I was still a little girl who wanted to see what Santa had brought. 

Slowly, I walked downstairs and watched my parents open their presents (they were the real kids here) and it made me happy seeing their happy faces. 

Whilst they were opening presents, I kept checking my phone, even though I knew it probably wouldn't happen. Why was I even convinced in the first place that a handsome famous boyband member would like someone like me? He is a celebrity after all - and I'm not. 

The thought of that did make me sad, but at least I had actually met Josh Cuthbert. Yes, I know. Joshua Thomas John Cuthbert. Plus, he had called me beautiful and gorgeous. What more could I really ask for? I guess I should of just been grateful for actually getting the chance to meet one of the boys, as most girls would have sold their families back then just to get near them. 

When I was opening my presents(mostly just make-up,clothes,shoes and hair products), I was starting to lose hope that Josh would ever text/call me. All of a sudden, my phone beeped and I checked my phone. I looked at the piece of paper Josh  had gave me with his number on and it was the same number! Joshua Cuthbert had actually just texted me! 

The text said:

"Merry Christmas babe. Don't worry, I didn't forget about you. We should meet up before I go back on tour on the 28th. ;) xxx"

Me and Josh were texting each other non stop that day and night and we had finally agreed that we were going to meet the next night (Boxing Day). And that night, I was lay in bed trying to get to sleep, but I couldn't stop thinking about Josh. How handsome he was.  I can't be falling for Josh... this can't happen. I know I loved him as part of Union J, and I loved him as a boyband member; but no Cheryl. You can't do this, fall in love with a famous boy who you have no chance with. I just couldn't bear to get my heart broken but I think I was falling for him.  But what if he felt the same way and none of us did anything about it?

Once again, sorry that it is quite short, but the next one will be a long one.
