Now or Never - A Josh Cuthbert/Union J Fanfic.

Chapter 11 - Meeting the boys.

At 5, I was finally ready and I made my way to the venue. When I arrived, I went to the box office like Josh told me and collected the backstage pass and ticket. I walked excitedly into the venue, showing the woman my ticket for her to scan and let her check my bag. I then followed the sign on the wall where it said backstage to where Warren was stood. I showed him the backstage pass and he led me to a door. 

Slowly, I opened the door and sat on a couch were the boys - Josh, JJ, George, Jaymi and Elyar! I tried to keep calm and not fangirl when Josh walked over and greeted me with a hug and peck on the cheek. Jaymi came over to me first and hugged me.

"How you doing babe?" He asked me, smiling. I loved his smile. 

"I'm great thanks Jaymi. So glad to be here. Can't wait for the show." I replied, looking at Jaymi, trying to stay calm, but it was very diificult. 

"Aww babe. Don't shake, there's nothing to be scared off. We don't bite." He said as he hugged me again. He was so nice! 

George then came over to me and hugged me - the rumours about him giving the best hugs were definitely true. It was like heaven. After that, JJ came over and hugged me, as well as giving me a peck on the cheek! I could feel myself going red, meanwhile Elyar was coming over to me. He shook my hand and then we both laughed and he hugged me, he smelt so good!

Suddenly, Jaymi, being the most organised and bossy of the boys, told the others that it was quarter past 5 and they had to go for the meet and greets with their fans. Quickly, I ott a picture with JJ, George and Jaymi and they went. 

It was just me and Elyar left and he went and got us both a drink. He came back with a drink for both of us aswell as his guitar. I asked him to sing me a song and he asks me which song. I told him to sing any song he would like, and in the end, he decides and starts playing. 

I knew the song but I couldn't think of what it was called. Until he started singing... 

'Her eyes, her eyes, make the stars look like they're not shining

Her hair, her hair, falls perfectly without her trying

She's so beautiful, and I tell her everyday yeah

I know I know, when I compliment her she won't believe me

And it's so, it's so, sad to think that she don't see what I see

But everytime she asks me "Do I look okay?" I say

When I see your face there's not a thing that I would change

And when you smile, the whole world stops and stares for a while 

Cause you're amazing 

Just the way you are' 

He finished singing and looked up at me. I couldn't help but get lost in his pretty brown eyes. He put his guitar down and I saw him start to lean in. Unaware of what I'm doing, I leaned in aswell and our lips were about to touch when suddenly- 

"ELYAR! You're on stage in 5 minutes!" The stage director shouted to Elyar. 

Elyar quickly stood up and got ready to leave to go on stage and perform. He hugged me and then looked at me in the eyes and started speaking. 

"I'm sorry Cheryl. I know you're with Josh but I just couldn't help it. Just remember you're beautiful Cheryl. Always." He said to me and I hugged him tightly. 

Carrying his guitar, he left the room to go and prepare to perform. And I was left in the room on my own. 

What had just happened?
